Garage offers affordable parking rates within walking distance to nearby amenities including grocery stores, cafes, office buildings and condos; however, located next to a busy highway with a high population density, parking spaces tend to be generally smaller and can filled up quickly weekday.

The parking garage was alright. The parking was free when I was there but the computer still charged me 3.50 for a ticket. I would like that changed before I would visit again.

Watch to be sure that you are parked in a daily space and not hourly.

Too few parking spaces for handicap users.

Deck is ALWAYS full!!!

Couldn't figure out how to work the machine or extend my time. Had a meeting with NOAA go over 10 minutes and received a $45 ticket. Completely unacceptable and seems like a scam. These local governments (Montgomery County specifically) should be audited and held accountable for this type of business practice.

Multiple coworkers got their cars broken into here. Be careful if you park here overnight. Spots are also extremely tight

Spent a half hour looking for a space. Finally went down to the garage at the Veridian Apartments down the street.
