Woodley Gardens Park

One of the best playground in Rockville! Loved it

Nice park with sports areas, children playground and couple trails. Few times seen boy scouts and martial arts practices there. At evening you can see deers coming out of woods.

Perfect for someone who enjoys the nature and to breathe fresh air. I'm a local real estate agent. I just accidentally passed by this place after an appointment with a client within this area. Will be back soon!

Woodley Gardens is a great urban park with ball fields, a playground, public art, and a large, covered picnic pavilion. Adjacent to Watts Branch and wooded areas, the park is also frequented by wildlife, including blue herons, Canada geese, whitetail deer, red foxes, groundhogs, Eastern cottontails, and even the occasional skunk.
The park is also home to a Free Little Library box.

The play ground has rubber padded floor that looked like mulch which is a great plus. The equipment is newish / up kept well. They have lots of trees and shaded areas. They have seating, bbq area, two baseball fields, a few tennis courts, and restrooms. They also have a small creek further down the path that kids can throw rocks in.

It has well maintained tennis courts.

Really great neighborhood park. Wonderful playground, all new equipment on soft turf. Mostly shaded making this an ideal location for hot summer days. Picnic tables available. Small pond and sidewalk trails ideal for anyone with wheels. Handicap accessible toilet up close to basketball courts. There are also sand volleyball courts.

Great park with shade trees and plenty of playground equipment for small kids and big kids, including a four-person teeter-totter and swings. There's a creek to explore down the hill and Italian ice to buy across the street. On a cloudy days, the shade means mud near the playground, but it's perfect for hot summer days.

Great little community park suitable for family gatherings. Equipment is in good shape and the grounds are maintained well. Tennis courts are used by locals and they are usually busy on weekends. I highly recommend this park. There is a clean up by volunteers that will take place on October 5, 2014 - I'll be there!

One of my favorite parks in the area. Great park for kids. There is a creek to go and skip rocks and catch minos. There is a great basketball court and baseball field and well as a place to rent for birthdays. There is also a pizza and ice cream place across the street.

Nice neighborhood park. It's a favorite place to stop on my morning bike commute.

This is a very nice place for a band to play music while you enjoy your picnic dinner. There may also be one or more food trucks, a beer and a wine company selling their local products. Parking is about a 7 minute walk away from the venue. Highly-recommended.

Nice shady park. Different playground equipment for different ages. Short Wooded dirt trails with brigdes and a small stream. Covered picnic tables, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, and baseball.

This park is a great neighborhood park with a large playground area, tennis courts, good equipment and a shallow stream. It's perfect fo a weekend family outing. There seems to be an annual stream clean up event put on by volunteers. This year's clean up is slated for October 5th at 9 AM and I'll attend for a little while, grab photos and post the following week.

Great local park, small but includes a lot. Baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a picnic pavilion, a well maintained playground area as well as a stream through the woods with walking paths.
