Safeway

In the past 3 years this has been by local grocery store. I've gotten to know many of the staff and wish to offer my most sincere thanks for the courtesy that is always been extended to me and my wife when shopping at my favorite Safeway. With my most sincere thanks.

I needed a floral arrangement last Sunday. Not realizing that most independent flower shops are closed on Sundays. The staff at this store saved the day. Their florist, Happy, was marvelous and put together one of the best arrangements I could find at very reasonable price. She was professional, qualified and customer service oriented.

I forgot to add 1 item to my backpack and the pay from the counter ran all the way across the parking to give it back to me. Such a sweet employee 🥰

My local neighborhood store is more than convenient, clean, and has great options for people with multiplefood alergies; it also has the best produce staff who remember you by name (lived here 19 years), but also they continue to reorganization and restructure for more efficient and effective shopping, they invest in new technologies for self check-out, stock new products for our food and none-food needs, have an all-inclusive culture, and forward thinking business sense. I have been to other Safeway stores in Maryland and other states, and the Safeway at Fallsgrove in Rockville, Maryland, is the best.

I love knowing they have fresh shucked oysters in the seafood dept usually i can only find it at wegmans i was just visiting the area but I'll come again soon for more!

Came here like a year ago and staff was not greeting at all. Today I came for a fast run and thr cashier who checked us out was sweet like honey. Kadiatu was our cashier, she was the best and better than some of the staff that was rude before. Kadiatu asked if we found everything OK and was so kind and caring with a good attitude and being very professional. I hope to see her again because she is amazing and soft spoken. Keep up the good work !

Very clean, everything is stocked, a bit pricey but that's Safeway..just make sure you bring your own bags.... their bags are .5 cents each

Fallsgrove Safeway - Thank you for always keeping the shelves stock. Love the Fresh Produce selection, their meat department, Deli/Hot Food section and their Artisan Bakery.

Great team! This store is clean & organize. Friendly customer service. Open early 6am and close late as 12am.

I love the selection here, they have a great deal of vegan and vegetarian friendly foods. They keep the place well organized and clean. I come here almost every week for my grocery run and always leave with great deals!

I love my Fallsgrove Safeway. The management and entire team are absolutely superb!! The ladies and gentlemen always acknowledge everyone; including me, and they feel like an extension of my family. This store deserves recognition and its truly my pleasure to do my part!

This is my preferred grocery shopping store.
Generally the lines are always short and they always offer good customer service.
Bakery and deli items are fresh and tasty.
Very good meat sales.
Their floral items are beautiful and very affordable!!

We were there for banking business..From what we saw the store was very clean and well stocked. I overheard a conversation between a cashier and a customer with 2 children, the cashier was friendly to the mother and children and showed the mother understanding and patience

Items are good, staff are not personable. I nodded to a couple, made eye contact, and even said hello. Absolutely nothing, no response. Then, I had to dispute my purchase because the discount for reward member was not applied.

The Delly is my favorite department. If you are looking for personalized, friendly, and fast service Martha is who you need to ask for. Whenever my work or family is having a party I always get Martha to prepare the chicken and potato salad. The price is great and it taste like my grandma's.

Large store. Convenience location. Lots of outdoor parking. Great deli, bakery, produce and products. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices for products. Masks and social distancing required.

Safeway is my way to go store. If you have a membership (absolutely free), you will receive taylored coupons, discount and offers.
This Safeway offers a wide range of products from food, to school stationary, health care products, groceries. There is also a deli and a flower section which is nice for last minutes gifts.
There is a pharmacy inside with an option of consultation as well.

I good here for lunch from time to time their deli counter has a great chicken lunch deal $7 for two pieces of chicken two sides of your choice the food is good hot and I think $7 a price is very reasonable and the people that I always encounter there are very friendly and even though they have a mask on you can tell they have a smile

I work at Safeway. At least at the store I work at, the store stresses customer service. My job is fully customer service. I give full 100% to make sure customers questions are resolved. Most of my coworkers/bosses are like this too.

A large grocery chain in Rockville. Medical facility nearby. Located in a shopping center filled with other retail shops. Metro/Bus stop within a 5 minute walk. The homes behind here look like something out of an HGTV magazine- they must be for the medical professionals that work at the surrounding medical facilities. Parking is atrocious. So, so, so filled. On the other hand, customer service was great, deli options decent, an in and out experience. Perfect place for out of towners to visit to buy some food items or etc.
