Congressional Plaza

Parking is usually a little tight, but love the shops. They have a little of everything

This plaza has a great mix of businesses to patronize. Restaurants, skincare, groceries, shopping, etc. And lots of free parking! Taco Bamba is a great place to hang out with great selections of tacos and drinks.

Congressional Aquarium has been our go to for supplies, advice, and water testing for over 10 years. They are knowledgeable and helpful and have a wide range of aquatic flora and fauna And everything you need to take care of them from amateurs to experts.

Use to live in the area, went to lunch at The Lunch Box, food was great!

I went to the sushi place. It was excellent. The prices were what you'd expect for an all-you-can-eat sushi bar, but it was delicious. The place filled up pretty fast, go early if you can.

We went for Santa and we were NOT disappointed! Always amazing and Taco Bamba was amazing! Congressional is always a nice little shopping center. Barnes and Noble is there now!

Every time I am here, I am upset that I can't go into all the stores I know and visit those new to me. It is either too late or I am in a hurry! The Plaza has a huge number of stores, wonderful variety and makes me so happy to have a functional shopping area again in the area! So many malls and shopping plazas have either closed or slowly deteriorated over recent years. Online is nice, but you can't try on, feel texture and carefully compare items. I love stores, and Congressional Plaza has them in several price categories, varied items specialty stores and clean, well laid out interiors in most shops as they are new "again"! I love it!

I went to wingstop and it was great service along with great wings. The wings were some of the best I've ever had. I also went to the pisanos pizza. Awesome pizza really enjoyed it. The sweet frog was also delicious great desert. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot never too crowded.

I use this parking lot as a drive through to get out of the CVS. The light at the CVS is short and goes against the crosswalk. This parking lot is inhabited by several vacant storefronts, so it's a real time saver to drive across it

I work in this shopping center and am her frequently. The shoppers center itself has a variety of places to sit outside with decent views. Also really comfortable patio furniture in the corner by chopped and Starbucks. Pretty much all the stores here are solid food and clothing. They sometimes have classical music playing, but not all the time.

Great place to shop, but horrible for parking! The people at Ulta beauty supplies were awesome. 🥳

Definitely one of my favorite shopping plazas, buy buy baby has everything for babies. Fresh market is so much fun I could spend hours in there totally discovering so many delicious things 😋 😍

Congressional plaza!!! Five Stars simply for being there more than 50 years! Everything has changed since the 1970s except the huge parking lot. No more JC Penneys 😞, no Irving's sports store, and no more roller skating rink. Plenty of new businesses and shops there now. Easy to get to and the parking lot is huge. Enjoy!

I've always liked this shopping center. One of my first jobs was here. It's changed through the years in positive ways. There are a lot of nice stores here including clothing, food stores, ice cream, restaurants. Parking here is usually good. It gets crowded but I've never seen it at the point of not getting a spot. Definitely a good shopping center to check out.

THIS is a fish lovers paradise, no doubt! Tanks are nice, staff is knowledgeable and selection is excellent! If they don't have it, THEY WILL ORDER IT FOR YOU! I highly recommend a few visits. Beginner to expert, ALL are welcome! One thing that I really like is that there are quite a few "off the wall" options to choose from; whether it be odd lengths of hose or exotic fish foods. An A+ experience all around...prices are quite competitive, as well. Enjoy😉

I love the outdoor furniture. There are comfy sofas and chairs plus tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The middle section with the Umbrella tables and patio section is really a nice place to chill enjoy a meal or drink or dessert. It is family friendly. It is a great walking plaza with fantastic shopping.

Nice place. The way the shops and the spaces are planned out looks very pleasant & neat, unlike a lot of other generically depressing looking/ crowded plaza centers. Has a patio/veranda kind of a place at a corner near Starbucks. Barnes & Nobles moved here recently. I really miss the old place where it was near Old Navy on Rockville Pike. But the new place is nice too. Fresh Market is in this plaza too. There is a Lebanese restaurant and a handcrafts store here as well.

Great shopping center. My favorites are fresh market to pick up specialty food items, Bark for our dogs, matchbox for their Nashville hot chicken sandwich and Neiman Marcus last call for some bargain clothes shopping. You have to search, but there are some reasonable clothes in there.

I went to hinode restaurant in the back of Congressional plaza. they still have their great Japanese buffet and frankly it's better then before the pandemic. You order what you want and they bring it to you in the presentation is lovely. Currently you can only eat outside so dress warmly or eat in your car
