I find everything I am looking for. Staff is polite and supportive. Almost always I use their 40% discount or sales actions.
It is also very useful to order through the CVS mobile application - you can see your total amount of discounts and availability of the items at the particular store.
I also ordered delivery several times.
You can also choose your items for pick up. Very convenient, especially, when you don't have time to look it on the shelves.

Can only speak on the pharmacy side. I went in for a COVID booster today. Process took less than 7 minutes flat. Post vaccine wait time is what kept me there which is normal since you'll have to do that at any vaccination site. Appointment was done online, I arrived early and they got me processed ASAP. The staff member that administered the vaccine was very friendly and accommodating (I'm not a fan of syringes). Grabbed a drink on the way out, self checkout availability made the whole trip very very simple and fast.

I had a great experience with Jewel in pharmacy. Despite of working with long line and under pressure, Jewel was calm and efficiently handled the customers. Thanks Jewel.

I love this pharmacy because of their staff's always caring and professional attitude. No matter how busy they are (and they are almost always super-busy and work very hard), their pharmacists are always helpful and attentive. Thank you.

I read the other reviews about this CVS location, and I have to disagree. I go to this CVS location because it's close to where I live. Every time I've been there, all of the pharmacy staff has been constantly working - no standing around, no coffee breaks - they were moving quickly to help customers. On a recent visit, I witnessed an angry woman who wanted the pharmacist to give her medicine without a prescription. Are you kidding? No pharmacist will give medication without a script - her license would be on the line. (The Washington area mentality is - I'm important, I'm entitled, give it to me NOW.) The pharmacy staff for my visits have been courteous and quick. Front end clerks are also efficient and courteous. The store is well-stocked and clean, and it's in a great location. Here's a motto for customers, "Be nice, and you'll get nice."

Such a friendly staff in your Pharmacy! The girls (females) were all so super kind! Offered me hand sanitizer, wiped down the credit card screen before I pressed the keys and smiled and said "stay safe" as I left!
I normally go to White Flint CVS but have now switched to yours!

Ritz Carlton service. I've never UNTIL August 18, 2017...been greeted at a CVS, asked if I could be helped, taken to aisles where products were on display, apologized to for a 30 second wait at the cashier, thanked for coming in and told to have a good evening. This is now MY CVS.

I purchased CBD Balm from in front of the pharmacy. Quick fast service.

I've been going to this CVS pharmacy regularly since I moved to the area. I've always received great friendly service, and the pharmacy staff has always been very helpful to me when I've run into problems with my prescriptions.

Today, I went to the CVS at Rockville to print some pictures from my phone. One of the staff members, Haytham Sanhari was very helpful and kind.

Store well stocked and clean.
