Dr. Fulton has always been very gentle and makes sure that you are comfortable. It is a small office so not busy and you get right in. Not sure about getting a much larger bill than was stated as the other reviewer posted but if you want general dentistry without a lot of hassle than this is the place for you.

I stopped taking my family to Dr Fulton because although she is a really nice lady, she frequently cancels my appointments. Sometimes the receptionist would tell me it was because they hadn't received payment (from insurance) for my cleaning so they couldn't schedule my filling. I've never had any problem with my insurance before or since then. I wanted to continue to go here.. but at one point I called 3 or 4 times to get a simple filling appointment and was told repeatedly there was nothing available. We do not have any outstanding balance so it was confusing. Before this, my older son was going to live in Columbia, Mo and I had his cleaning appointment scheduled a week before he left. The receptionist called and canceled on us when we were on our way there. She said they hadn't received payment for my cleaning. This was 5 years ago and I've never had a problem with my dental insurance paying. I suspect and believe the error was on Dr Fulton's end.

If I could give zero stars I would. Look at the trend of reviews, the dentist cancels on you last minute. I've taken pto twice and had the office cancel on me both times, first time was two hours before my visit, next time was on the day of my visit both time the pto was wasted. The dentist has no respect for your time, patient beware.

Joke. Never answer the phone, office closed during open times TWICE. Avoid this ghetto business!

Dont ever never come to this place, she will tells you before the service jusr small amount of money and after that send you a bill 10 times amount bigger,
