Carondelet Yoga Center

I hosted an event for Fat Positive Saint Louise at Carondelet Yoga Center and it was a fantastic venue. The space was beautiful and clean, directions from Ashley were clear, and I just had a wonderful experience being able to use this space for my event. I would love to do more here in the future hopefully! What a lovely spot in our community!

I cannot speak highly enough of Carondelet Yoga! I have hosted multiple events at this wonderful studio, and each experience has been exceptional. The atmosphere is always warm, welcoming, and conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. The studio is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a group session. Thank you, Carondelet Yoga, for consistently providing such a positive experience!

I've been renting the space at Carondelet Yoga for my Dancing Freedom classes and I can say with full conviction that this is one of the most beautiful containers in St. Louis. The space holds the classes so sweetly, with the warm glow of wood (floor and ceiling!), tastefully placed fairy lights lining the ceiling, healthy plants in every corner and Ashley's lovely murals along the walls. Getting in and out of the building is a breeze (I love that it has it's own parking lot!) and access to all the yoga supplies makes it easy for my students to get comfortable. I'm SO grateful to this space and really can't recommend it enough for any sort of intimate gathering or workshop. Someone inevitably offers a gratitude to the wonderful space that is Carondelet Yoga in the closing circles at the end of every dance and I have to agree heartily. Thanks Ashley for creating such a fantastic space & being such a great custodian!

I just completed a 6 week trapeze yoga workshop at Carondelet Yoga Center and I absolutely fell in love with it! The class size is very small so I wasn’t intimidated by trying something new. Mandi, the instructor, was so welcoming and fun. Her unpretentious teaching style encouraged me to sign up for the next 6 week session. I’m so happy I found another cute neighborhood yoga studio to belong to. I look forward to going back every week!

This is a beautiful space to rent for workshops and classes. I have rented the space several times over the last few years for art, yoga, and mindfulness workshops. The space is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced to rent. There are tables and chairs available in the studio, and the main room easily accomodates from 12- 18 people. The owner is an artist and a yoga instructor and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend renting space at this studio!

Working with Ashley and renting at Carondelet Yoga has been the most easeful, affordable and enjoyable experience I've had renting space in St. Louis. Ashley is so kind and makes the whole process as easy as possible. The space is gorgeous and all my attendees comment on how good it feels to be there. I can't recommend renting here enough. I hold dance in the space, but it would work well for ceremonial circles, classes, workshops and experiences of many kinds.

Took my 4 daughters to a yoga trapeze class. We had a great time and LOVED getting to know more about it and Mandi made it so much fun! We would definitely do it again! Love the Carondelet Yoga center!

Carondelet Yoga Center is a beautiful, peaceful place to practice. I have been there as both a student and a workshop host, and I can say that it has always been an enjoyable experience. I love that they provide all the props you could ever imagine, and the space is clean, warm, and inviting. 100% recommend.

Such a lovely space to work in! The owner is super friendly and accommodating. It’s the perfect size for small to medium sized events depending on what you’re doing. The acoustics in the room sound great for live sound. Also, love that there’s a nice parking lot for easy convenient parking in the city!

I completed my YTT-200 here this year, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. This is a studio open to anyone, as they intentionally prioritize inclusion and uphold true yoga tenants, observing all eight limbs of yoga rather than just the physical practice. While attending yoga classes, a yoga retreat, and my own yoga teacher training intensives over the past eight months, I have learned so much and could not be more grateful for the journey and community I have found through this incredible place.

Great place, great location! Ashley is the sweetest. She’s always so professional and welcoming. I’ve heard about additional yoga specials coming soon! I can’t wait to hear more.

Love this sweet little studio. Recently rented for a special event and it was perfect! It's so cozy and beautiful. Everyone responded so nicely to it. It was just perfect. Very reasonable pricing and owner is easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

I completed my RYT200 training here and it was wonderful! A very transformational experience in a relaxed environment. I Definitely recommend Carondelet Yoga Center to anyone interested in completing the program.

Carondelet Yoga Center is exactly what this area needs. Ashley has poured her all into making sure this is a studio for everyone. They host different and diverse events all the time. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable. Easily a place I enjoy and will be back again. Carry on!

The yoga trapeze class is great! It's challenging but fun - I'd recommend to anyone looking to try something a bit different and get a good workout.

What an incredible gem in south city!!! Sunday power yoga last week was incredible!!! Ashley R. Owner/my instructor was just a pure joy to be around! Every position we got into she would read the class, give us alternate positions if she felt we could use them & really let us stretch and strengthen all at the same time. The studio was incredibly clean, super cute & cozy, & very welcoming. Her paintings on the wall murals are just gorgeous. If you step foot in here I promise you’ll be back. 🙌🏽✨

Such a great yoga spot, this has been my go-to for yoga since it opened and I love it. The studio offers so many different types of classes and an array of community and art events, as well. I definitely enjoy how welcomed I feel and how helpful instructors are with your individual levels of attention/needs. They have a very convenient schedule, too. I know that Ashley has worked so hard for this space and you can see and feel it in the atmosphere.

Carondelet Yoga Center is my home away from home. I LOVE this studio, the instructors, the location and how inviting it is! The owner, Ashley, is wonderful too! The space is beautiful and the offerings are diverse and well-rounded. Amazing studio!

My first time in Carondelet was when I participated in an Acro Yoga workshop with a friend. It was an awesome experience! Both instructors (Kat and Eric) were great and I am looking forward to repeating the experience with another class in the studio! Hopefully soon!

I had the opportunity to do the Pendulum and Chakra Workshop with Mandi Gray here and it was a wonderful and intimate experience. Such a unique workshop and informative one as well. Mandi is an extremely talented instructor with so much knowledge to offer her students. She is friendly and open and is willing to share with her students all the knowledge that she has about the topics of yoga and the chakra system. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful as well as clean and open. Plenty of space to practice all sorts of yoga and has a very spiritual feel to it. Will definitely be going back again!!
