Friendship Pharmacy

This pharmacy communicates about the status of your order and delivers when they promise. Why did I let CVS waste my time for so long? Have used their delivery service for about six months and have been very pleased.

Ashley was so pleasant and helpful over the phone. I've always had nice experiences filling prescriptions with their staff. Delivery to my job is quick and efficient. Update: I continue to appreciate Friendship Pharmacy's kind, efficient staff. Jasmine was a pleasure to work with today. I gather that this is a busy pharmacy from the employees'' sense of urgency, yet they remain kind and patient.

I recently had the privilege of using Friendship Pharmacy and was truly blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that I received. As someone who is housebound, being able to still experience this level of service without leaving my home is incredible. I have used several national chain pharmacies in the past, but nothing compares to the experience I had at Friendship.

The pharmacists at Friendship are meticulous in their attention to detail. They took the time to review every prescription and made sure that there were no potential interactions or side effects. They went above and beyond to identify a potentially dangerous side effect that I was experiencing, and they intervened, potentially saving my life. I was so impressed by their level of expertise and their commitment to patient safety.

In addition to the exceptional care provided by the pharmacists, the pharmacy technician was equally proactive. They found a coupon that cut my copay in half, which was a huge relief for me. And to my surprise, they were able to deliver my medication to my door, so I didn't have to hire a courier. This made the entire process so much easier and convenient for me.

I would highly recommend Friendship Pharmacy to anyone looking for a local community pharmacy. The level of care and attention to detail that I received was truly above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from a national chain. If you are looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about its patients, you owe it to yourself to try Friendship Pharmacy!

Had tons of questions and lots of requests to give to the pharmacy office, called in and talked to Jasmine. She was so helpful and put in the time to talk to me and answer my questions on our long call haha! She seriously went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jasmine!! :)

I have had two doctors recommend using Friendship Pharmacy over the past several months and I am so grateful! This is hands down the best pharmacy interactions I have ever had. I never have to actually go there. The pharmacist calls to discuss the medications, instructions, costs, etc. and then delivers them FOR FREE extremely quickly. They also go above and beyond to work with your insurance to get things covered making it so you never have to talk to the insurance company directly. So glad to have found Friendship Pharmacy!!

Outstanding customer service. When I had trouble opening a container purchased from them and called them for instructions the clerk offered to send someone to my home to help. I was amazed. It was my first prescription filled there. I declined the offer, and found a neighbor who helped, but I appreciated the concern and helpfulness of Friendship pharmacy. Their delivery service is free. Their combination of knowledge and kindness is truly outstanding. Thanks. I am grateful to have the opportunity to recommend your pharmacy.

I switched over to Friendship through my dermatologist but soon realized they were the best at everything. They always communicate with me for new prescriptions and refills and deliver to me for free! I’m now using them for all my pharmacy needs and highly recommend to anyone in the DMV area!

Called me when they were closed (called me at 630pm) they close at 5pm, they know I need my prescription I called back right away and they did not answer they just left the voice machine on.

Tariq called me to see if the situation had been resolved. Matter resolved the same day. Come to find out they don’t stop calling patients they just stop taking walk-ins at 5 and getting new requests at that time. First time using this pharmacy.

The staff is always polite and professional. They always use manufacturers coupons to lower the price. CVS is expensive and makes no effort to check on coupons or other discounts.
