StorageMax Germantown

The Germantown facility was clean, climate controlled, and easily/sensibly accessible as our schedule required, just what we needed. Often we interacted with Clay who was always kind, helpful, easy-going, and professional. We recommend this facility for your storage needs.

I was very happy with the condition of the unit. It was clean and secure. I am happy I paid extra and rented the climate controlled unit. They provide push carts that helped out nicely and made it easy. I lost my key and Clay was able to cur the lock off for me for a very reasonable fee. The overall experience was a 10.

I had a storage unit here for several months and it was a wonderful experience. Clay is by far one of the kindest people I have ever met - I am new to the area and he went beyond his responsibilities as the unit manager to suggest restaurants and other things to do and see in central Mississippi. He immediately made me feel welcome and at home. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat if the need arises! In addition to their first-class manager, these units are secure and well maintained. Highly recommend!

I was helped by the manager, Clay and he was absolutely a joy! I had to move several things out of my work office space pretty quickly. After using the online service to rent the unit, I arrived on site and Clay walked me through everything I needed to know, showed me the unit to make sure it was what I needed and helped me get the rest of my paperwork completed. The unit was clean and ready for me upon arrival. Clay was a joy! Super professional and personable! I appreciated that because it made my transition so smooth!

I have never needed a storage unit, and if I had known such a clean, safe, and easy to use storage unit existed I would’ve reached out to one before now. This facility is clean and I feel so safe and protected using it! Our unit was on an upper floor and I was nervous to carry stuff back and forth, but it was no trouble at all. They had a freight elevator and carts big enough to carry stuff back and forth. The inside units were cool as well so we never overheated while carrying stuff back and forth. What an ease of a process! But a huge shoutout to Clay B. This process would not have been as seamless without him. He was so kind and helpful in our renting process. He was informative, kind, and patient. Three things that are unfortunately hard to find in the world of customer service these days. Thank you, Storage Max of Germantown! And thank you, Clay!

Clay Bartunek has always been courteous and professional in all of our dealings with him. Throughout the past year, we have rented 3 units. Clay was very helpful in determining which size unit would work best for us. He is friendly and personable. StorageMax is fortunate to have Clay as an employee. We certainly enjoyed working with him. We have rented four units in the past two years at StorageMax Germantown. We have been extremely pleased with the service received and the cleanliness of the facility. I’ve used StorageMax in Gluckstadt previously and had an amazing experience. Fast forward almost two years and Clay still had my back! I called on a Saturday 20 minutes before they closed and he made sure to it he got me taken care of! This place is awesome and Clay is the best!!

Excellent Service!! Clay was very nice and took the time to help me find the prefect size unit! The facility is very clean and spacious. My unit is on the 2nd floor but the moving equipment and elevator access makes going in and out of the unit a breeze. Clay even meet us at the car with a bottle of water after we finished moving in the unit. I would definitely recommend this facility!!

I had the absolute privilege of being able to use StorageMax in Germantown. Clay is absolutely amazing and so kind ! I highly recommend them for any extra storage needs you may have . They’re friendly trustworthy and honest . The location is absolutely great also and very convenient . 5 stars all the way !! You will not be disappointed!
