Shane was great to work with. Everything he told us he would do, he did and did it when we were told it would be done. Love our new floor and would not hesitate to use them again.

Although the work completed was quality, communication was a challenge. After paying for material, I tried to call, text and email and eventually went to the showroom to find out when the flooring would be installed (however I was told I needed to reach the owners).
Since the installation, we measured the area (where new floor was installed) for another project and found their measurements and ours were very different. I reached out immediately and was told they would come and remeasure (and make things right if they were off). However all calls, emails and texts have been unanswered for the past month or so.
Double check their measurements before paying.

Getting a call back, or getting the job finishedis about impossible. Been a year, they refuse to answer phone, text, Facebook messages. Don't pay until job is 100% done, cause once they have your money, they don't care.
