Advance Auto Parts

This advanced auto parts is my go to location. I mostly order online for my oil changes and then do some more shopping while in store. My orders are always ready quick and the staff is always very nice and ready to help. I know there is a lot of parts stores but from shopping my parts stores overs the years advance auto parts always seems to be slightly cheaper. For use professionals and weekend warriors that's a big deal. So if you live on the area give this location a try. I don't understand the bad reviews I don't have any problems.

Somehow I had a brown something spray on the front of my SUV and windshield. I ran it throw the car wash and would not come off with what I had so I stop by to see if they could give me any hints on removal of this spray. Chris and the staff came out to look at it and had me try a product they had. With a little elbow grease from me I got if off. Thank you Chris for your help.

Great store. Kinda hard to get in from south bound telegraph, use stop light to turn on side Street then enter through back of parking lot. Person behind counter was nice and helped me quickly.

The guys here are very helpful. I told them for their extra effort they should get commission on sales. They said they dont. They said they get a small kick back if the store does good, however the store on Telegraph is one of the few stores that doesn't get much business. I think that is unfair. These guys are showing up for work, doing their jobs, and going above and beyond with customer service and they can't get commission on a sale? If you want to help our community and our locals then go into this location and tell others to go into this location so that these guys can get a small kick back from corporate for having higher than normal sales. Help the guys that deserve to get paid bc they showed up and have exceptional customer service!!!!!!!!

Anthony (I think) saved me about $500. I searched for keyless entry repair, replacement, everything, stopped at AutoZone and other places nobody knew anything or anywhere that could help me So when I walked in the store and Anthony corrected me *Key Fob* quickly checked his pc, found the box, examined the type, opened the box, read the instructions and made that sale so easy. From $500 factory replacement to $24.99 replacement. Glad I have a Ford, best aftermarket products but even more thankful for KNOWLEDGEABLE, ENTERTAINING salesmanship he displayed. Actually everyone in the store was both helpful, knowledgeable and light on their feet. Should I drive across town to go to this particular store or are all of their stores like that?

Stopped by got my parts fast and was able to install them just as fast. The staff was also knowledgeable on how to find my parts, due to my lack of knowing what size items I needed, with ease.

Quick service. The lady and the guys are so friendly and dont care if they get a little dirty to help you out. I live literally 1 min from Autozone, but i'd rather drive 5 minutes to these guys because of their service and always having my parts in stock. I go into the autozone and end up waiting 20 minutes just to buy bottle of oil, i come here and they greet me and right away either tell me they will be right with me or ask me if they could help me.

Had to get the battery replaced in my 2015 Volvo V60. It’s an AGM battery and Volvo made it quite difficult to remove the old battery and install the new one. Went to this particular Advance Auto on Telegraph because I have had good experiences there in the past. I walked in and met Chris who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked diligently in 100* heat and got the job done swapping out my old battery with the new one. I would highly recommend visiting this Advance Auto and asking for Chris. Job well done.

Rear luggage compartment wiper blade tore on our Focus..went to a AUTO ZONE STORE TO PURCHASE AND HAVE A REPLACEMENT INSTALLED (FREE INSTALLATION) BUT THEY DIDN'T STOCK THOSE..SO I WENT TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ADVANCE AUTO STORE THEY HAD A NAME BRAND CHOICE I BOUGHT AND THEY INSTALLED IT FREE..WILL GO TO ADVANCED AUTO FIRST NEXT TIME WE NEED AUTO SUPPIES..CHECK THERE PRICES OUT..I DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

The fella behind the counter was knowledgeable and quickly got the correct parts for me while being friendly and accurate. And not the most expensive parts either

Friendly staff, always willing to help and lend a hand. Prices are often higher than Flea bay but it's nice when things are in stock.

This store has a lot to offer. They carry many things that other auto parts stores do not carry. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

They are very friendly and they don't mind going out of there way to help there customers. Kudos to them.

Chris went above and beyond to help me today, I had my little one with me today, he not only installed one of the parts that I purchased but carried the rest of the items out to my car.
