Lance truly came through for me today and really helped me. I just purchased a new Ring camera. He was able to help me with the right size drill bits and screws needed for installation. He is a great asset to your team. Thank you so much!

I have been going to this home depot consistently for almost five years - they have a great mix of stock and the staff is very helpful. Where this location goes above and beyond is their customer service desk - I have had Macie help me with two issues - one with a store-branded light that broke in the warranty period and one with some paint. Both issues were resolved painlessly. I will keep going to this location for years to come.

They are very helpful and everyone knows where what you need is in the store. Lowes if you ask anyone they take out there phone and google the location. I think that is lazy.

Have been to this location a few times for random things. Someone always asks if I need help finding anything and if I do they will take you right there. Even the employees who seem to be busy with something else will ask if you need help. Had an issue with self checkout at my most recent visit and the employee patiently troubleshot until it worked out. I don’t expect much help but they have pleasantly surprised me. Would recommend.

Everything was very well organized, easy to find exactly what she needed. The staff was very helpful. One in particular. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Went through stuff. Check out. Doesn't do tap pay by the way, but very simple to use. Very efficient.

I was just here to look at kitchen remodeling options. The employees are friendly and covid safe. I would say always tag team HD with Lowes. No place is perfect, but , HD seems to have more classes and/or options to actually assist with home improvement. Ex. Lowes sells cabinets and countertops, but HD sells and will install, measure, and countertops. They also have a service where they contract with local providers to refresh kitchens. The service repaints cabinets, adds new doors, hardware, backsplash, and countertops in any combination. That should be invaluable to the lay person trying to economically prepare their house for sell.

Kevon approached to offer to help me find what I was looking for. That was refreshing. An then Ashley, the cashier, was very helpful and gracious in her service. I really appreciated both of these young people. Thank you.

This store has everything for the professional and the DIY, when you don't have time to locate a specialty store.
Current wood prices here are as good as anywhere in town, but they keep rising. If you need help, good luck. The staff acts like you should be helping THEM!

Will Smith at the Brentwood store was incredibly helpful. He was able to make cuts on a panel that others said they couldn’t. So very helpful and nice to work with.

When I need just one thing, and Home Depot is the best place to purchase it, I often dread going because I fear that I will have to hike from one end of that place to the other to find what I need. However, at this location, there were numerous associates available to answer questions and I was immediately able to find someone who knew exactly where I needed to go to get what I came for, and who then actually walked me there to ensure that I found what I had asked for! Then, all of a sudden I realized there were two other things I needed, and the associate knew exactly where those items were, and walked me to both of them to make sure I found them as well! I was so impressed that this gentleman knew where everything was, and was kind enough to make sure that I found them without wandering aimlessly which often happens to me in a big box store. It was the best Home Depot experience I have ever had.

Tom in electrical is the best he is very knowledgeable about what he does. I ha the best shopping experience with him helping me.👌

Chris in the garden department was more than helpful and extremely polite. He offered to take our mulch to the front for checkout and then helped load it in the car. This young man provided wonderful customer experience!!! Five stars for Chris!!!

Their staff was amazing. We didn't have our Home Depot credit card and they offered us to be able to buy it and come back with the receipt and change the payment method so we could then put it on our credit card and get our cash back. They also held our cart for us until we could come back.

My friend and I went in late last night bc we ran out of mulch right before our project was complete. Chris W. met us outside of the garden center entrance in the store and offered to push our cart. We were still browsing so he pushed the cart all the way to the register for us which was halfway thru the store. When our transaction was complete he pushed the cart again for us and even loaded the mulch into our vehicle. Really nice young man and great service we didn’t expect.

I buy my paint sticks here and other supplies such as razor blades, hacksaw, sandpaper, pencil, etc.

Okay so... We had made a decision to no long use Home Depot for our construction needs do to the evening manager at the Sunset Hills location. However... We decided to stop into this store to give someone else an opportunity to redeem Home Depot. Great decision. Kevin at the pro desk was super knowledgeable and eager to help us out. He was very attentive and got our order placed quickly. Sometimes its not the company but the employees that represent them. Great job Kevin. Thanks for all your help and great work. Keep up the good job sir :)

Clerk was so courteous, she didn't hesitate to stop what she was doing to accommodate my personal needs to use her code to unlock the restroom for me and other customers, both men and women.

Selling a home is hard and tedious work but all of the team members have helped ease my anxiety during this process. Allen in the paint department has been especially helpful, my superhero for the day!

I go there so much employees told me I did be working there. I dog loved to go there
