The best gas station crew by far! The morning guy always greets me whenever i walk in, always super nice. I love Brittany and the manager Michelle they’re like a second Family. Great customer service, friendly, and very welcoming.

Great place. Never one problem. All the clerks are always real nice. Been going for about 10 years.

I loved it because my dad and my uncle use to work there
And my grandma is working right now.

The workers here are always nice down to earth people

I'm having an issue with understanding how a hiring manager could spend more than a few minutes at an interview with SOME of these cashiers and say to themselves "I want this to be the contact point between my company and my customers". I could hardly manage to stand there long enough for a 4 item ring up and a debit card purchase minus time for not waiting for receipt.

just before 9 AM today I was wearing a bright orange hoodie(you can't miss me) FIRE THAT CASHIER. We didn't exchange pleasantries, she didn't say or ask me anything other than "Do you want a bag" and that felt like I was being scolded for even existing. This cashier had that much of a negative impact on me in that brief of a meeting.

Mind you some cashiers are exactly what I would want at my company, greeting my customer and thanking them on their way out the door with a "I hope you come back again".

Please fix this issue.

Staff has been professional, but not very friendly. I realize it's a convenient store, but they are quite pricey from their products to their gas.

Decent gas station, meh selection of beer. Oh and the difference between cash and card price is a bit much.

Closing carwash at 5pm. Why?

I stopped at the Pacific Pitstop Express Sunday December 17, 2013 approximately 9am. I pleaded with the cashier to use their bathroom because I had an emergency. She was completely non compassionate.

I told her that I will NOT ever spend my money there again. I had plans to purchase a few items. Another customer witnessed the whole ordeal. He commented that he thought that it was a State Law.

I wish that I had the option to rate the store, cashier, & policies less than one star!!!!

Debbie I see a lot on reviews looks strung out on drugs but was nice to me but still shouldn't have ppl working for you that are strung out

I had absolutely the rudest checker named Debbie I've ever experienced in a customer service position. I've been in customer services for a better part of my life as both a representative and as a manager. If I ever had an employee treat my customers the way I was treated just now I would've fired them right on the spot. Clearly she doesn't care about this companies customers. Not only was she incompetent but also lazy and extremely rude. Then after my 3rd trip back and forth from the gas pump I just simply ask for the remaining money I paid back since it wasn't letting me finish my prepaid gas. She again sends me back out to the pump to hang up my gas pump. When I came back into the store she was bad mouthing me to her co-worker. Then once she gives me back my money I ask her if she is the manager she says no. I ask for her managers name and she in front of a store full of customers tells me she (the manager will be in tomorrow morning). I ask her for the managers name and she tells me I'm not going to tell you her name, like she's a 2yrs old. She then tells me to never come back to this store. Well Miss Debbie I will be contacting the owner. You were out a line. They might want to think about training you how to treat their customers. I'm certain this was not your 1st unprofessional encounter.

Rudest cashier in the world. Won’t answer the phone to give me her name after my terrible experience with her service. She was rude and aggressive for the sake of asserting her “power” as a gas station attendant. Pretty sure based on other reviews her name is Debbie and she’s well known and unliked by your clientele.

Horrible! The Manager is a joke and she is extremely unprofessional. As well her little short guy syndrome helper. Neither of them treat others as they would want to be treated. So therefore unhappy and miserable at their po dunk ( didn't graduate 7th grade) jobs.

Just left this place without gas and have to deal with the worst customer service. The staff are rude, mean and uneducated. Have been coming to this place for years, even though i know they are a tad pricey but i support my neighborhood businesses.
I end pumping gas on a faulthy pump. Took my money and did not pump gas. I went inside and tried to talk to a rude lady behind the counter. She accused me of getting free gas and not even bothering to check thier faulty pump. Not coming back to this place and stop supporting shady business such as this.

Clerk was very aggressive and quite rude, i forgot my mask and my companion went in and when asked for ID it was provided but clerk threatened us to leave

Cashier is very rude. Wont be going back.
