Outback Steakhouse

Everything was outstanding! The restaurant was clean. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Joey was our server and was phenomenal!! One of the best dinning experiences I have had in a while!

Such a great atmosphere. Kayla my bartender was awesome. The crowd was great and all of the staff knew everyone that came in. The staff totally supported each other even though they were all busy. I will be back on my way through to Pittsburgh.. Lisa the manager is amazing also. I love these people. I wish we had this at home in Pittsburgh

Alexis is the BEST! We always request her. She always remembers what we order so she has our drinks/ appetizers on the way as soon as she sees us seated at her table. I just cannot say enough amazing things about her! I’ve never had a better server anywhere. Excellent service and friendly consistently. Perfect!

Very friendly staff!!! There is one staff there named Joey, and he got us a free bloomin' onion because it's our first time to try the restaurant. Thanks, Joey!

Everything from the moment I walked in until I left was great. Mind you it was 10:30pm. I don’t care to do that to anyone, however, things happen and I had to. You would have never known by how I was treated. The food was great I had the steak and chicken with loaded baked potato. It was literally enough for two people. The server was so kind and attentive. Over all a wonder experience!

Janine is hands down the best server in this place. We have had her twice now and she goes above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. She has an excellent sense of humor and is full of funny references. Enjoy!

Server Jeanine is the best! We always have a great time there when she is our server. Food is usually very good. Favorite items on the menu are the blooming onion and brussel sprouts.

The food was great it wasn't a long wait. The only thing about it there is no reservations you make but if you get there early enough you will be seated quickly it gets crowded really fast. The hostess was very polite and the food was prepared very quickly and tasted really well.

Come in here mate and get the best food around the wait may be long but well worth it! The staff here is and always are professional and treat people with respect, they are hardworking and so sweet to everyone, they are some of the ones here in this city that care about making sure you are happy! Getting what you ordered and how you ordered it ! Our meal was perfect once again ! Thanks🥰😘

We love Outback. Our meal was very good. We didn't order anything spectacular. Burger, blooming onion, and some sides. I added bacon but wasn't very impressed with the amount that was given. Our waitress was either stretched too far between tables or she was easily distracted. She repeatedly forgot to bring things to the table and went missing often. Overall everything was good.

Did a call ahead. Got us right in after we arrived. Service was great! Amanda took the best care of us. Very attentive and kept us refilled. Outback food is always good. Great options cooked the way u like it.

Joey was amazing! We had a party of seven and everyone’s food was great! Joey’s service is to commended! He was patient, upbeat and made sure we were all taken care of!

Food was delicious. The only thing when we were taken to our table it was dirty they had to wipe it down. Friendly staff! Great food! I had the shrimp on a barbie w rice and mixed veggies. My husband had the prime rib burger!

Absolutely awesome experience at Outback today! My server Jeanine Marino was fantastic and took care of all our needs promptly. Joey the bartender was awesome as well.

Jeanine, Amia and Lisa were the greatest. They made us feel like we were having dinner at a family dinner. The Manager Lisa spent so much time making us feel at home even though she broke the news Saban had retired.
The food was the best we ever had at Outback. We will definitely be back whenever we are in the area.

The food was excellent. The salads were fresh. The potatoes were perfect (baked and smashed.) I had the Nashville hot chicken and a sirloin, medium. I am disgusted with restaurants that cannot cook steak properly, but this 6 oz sirloin was an A+ perfect medium. Kudos! The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist, and juicy, and my husband liked his meatloaf with peppercorn gravy.

Our server, Janine, was fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and helpful. My husband ordered a combination of a meal and sides, and Janine helped him "upgrade" cost-effectively. Near the end of the meal, she said he looked like former military (he is) and said Outback offered a discount for veterans. Could she be more helpful? No! That was above and beyond.

The only unfortunate thing about this experience was that we do not live near this Outback! If we travel through Statesville again, we'll be sure to stop here.

I have been in the restaurant biz for most of my adult life. Amanda is by far one of the greats. I'm sure she is requested regularly.
She makes the experience there top knotch. Thank you all for a great night. We come all the time and the host staff are always friendly. In a world upside down, pleas know that we appreciate you.

As you walk into outback steakhouse you will notice that the environment is laid back and cozy. I love the random Australian decor and the low light feel that gives each customer a feeling that their table is secluded and private. My server Adam arrived promptly and took our drink orders. We tried the pomegranate martini and it was delicious and satisfying with out a taste of alcohol but a few moments later it was clearly evident that it was present. Adam our server was very attentive to our order asking questions and getting all the details that customers usually dont think about. In all we ordered the new salmon dish with shrimp and cream sauce with a sweet potato and salad, two lobster tails with French onion soup, and a 12 oz, and the Rib eye with fries and cream spinach. The salad had a healthy amount of lettuce cherry tomatoes and cucumber. It was crisp and fresh and was a great starter. The French onion soup was presented with a layer of delicious melted cheese which really complimented the savory soup, stunning. The new salmon dish was perfectly executed and the cream sauce with shrimp just sent your taste buds to heaven. One of the best dishes I've eaten. The lobster tails were tasty and nicely presented. The steak ordered rare was perfectly cooked but the fat content was slightly to large and I feel the majority of the weight of the steak was not eatable. However it was cooked well and nicely seasoned. The cream spinach was a nice addition to the meal and gives a healthier choice than fries even though the fries were delicious also. Adam also went above and beyond when he presented my daughter with a free dessert for her birthday. Scores
