Cascades Grille

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in years. I travel a lot for work and it was my first visit to Seattle. The staff was stellar! Friendly and very helpful! They guided me through their favorite dishes and even did a pairing for me for dessert! Extremely impressed and when it comes to food, it takes A LOT! Kudos!

Located in the Embassy Suites and a short drive from my hotel. The restaurant is spacious and clean. Mohamed my server was great and my meal came out pretty quick and I throughly enjoyed it. They also have a nice bar and some TV's to watch if you are eating alone.

My daughter took me here for the Mother's Day brunch buffet. We were so amazed by how many food options there were, how delicious it all was, and how friendly the staff were. We were told they have a to notch chef and we would certainly agree!

This is your average hotel bar - maybe even a bit less than average as the menu lacks some bar food staples like Nachos. But what it lacks in standard fare is more than covered up by the fantastic service of Walid! He is the man!!

Alright look, the food isn't a magical thing. Its like a casual restaurant at your home town. But the service at this place is absolutely, positively excellent. Mohammed, who was our server for both nights, was great! He would remember our orders and was very on top of things and when we can back the next day he still remembered! I was shocked and impressed by the customer service at this place. Again, I am not a foodie, I just like it in my belly, but it was delicious to me. It was my pleasure writing this review! :D

Food choices were great, even for vegans. Great tasting too! Staff were wonderful! Will go back when in town! Grandkids love the place. Pictures in the bathrooms are fun!

Ate here while staying at the Embassy Suites. The risotto I had was tasty and Mohammed the bartender makes a great Old Fashioned.

The fry's are the best! Great crunch on the outside. The veggie pizza was excellent! The red onion on the kale salad was a bit much, only because it was a very hot onion, and I love onions. The big finish was the bread pudding!! The top of the bread was crunchy and the sauce devine. Any time a Restraunt has bread pudding on the menu, you should order it, because not many places serve it. Just be careful of it's container, it was hot probably from it's torching. Because the pudding inside was cold, when cut open. It was served with icecream, which was a good balance. Yum!

Ordered prime rib sandwich. Delicious! Tender! Moist but not to moist that it made the bread fall apart. Fries yummy and hot. Great service!

Waldo was a fantastic server! He joked right back at us when we joked with him! Great sense of humor and wonderful service! Amazing food!

The food at the restaurant is not that good but the bar is great. Wally has been there over 20 years. Awesome bartender. Never have to ask for your next beer

My pasta primavera was great, and my server was attentive and kind. This is a great option if you're staying at the Embassy Suites and don't want to look around for other restaurants.

Great food. Awesome service. Well be back. Cob salad and class chowder were the best we've ever had.
