Excellent 4 night stay for family wedding. Staff were always friendly and helpful. All rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure was great. Included breakfast was plentiful and offered options. Recommend.

Very clean rooms, prompt & friendly front desk service, and above average (if not excellent) included breakfast with a spacious seating area. No complaints!

Stayed here twice over the last year. It is a typical Holiday Inn with comfortable rooms, modern design, quick wifi and great staff. No complaints! The location is what you pay for. It is cheaper than downtown Seattle so you are further away and have to drive everywhere.

We had a great stay with our young kids. The front desk staff were amazing! Shout out to Rebeca for helping make my daughter hot chocolate and getting her breakfast while I was trying to wrangle her and my baby solo. A helping hand was much appreciated and she was so good with her and made she she was taken care of. The room was very nicely updated and the bed super comfortable. I loved the options with the pillows too. Gold stars all around!

Our family of 6 (3 adults, 3 children) planned a trip to Seattle. We didn't want to stay in the city, and settled on Bothell. Booking online, we decided that the Holiday Inn Express Bothell was the best fit for our family (amenities, location and price).

This hotel wasn't just a good fit for us. It exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff allowed us to check in a bit early, were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms, and even gave us a better price than we were originally quoted over the phone (we ended up switching to rooms that accommodated us all much better than what we had booked).

The rooms were amazing...very comfortable, clean, and newly renovated. The beds (mattresses, sheets, comforters, pillows) were perfect. The bathrooms had great quality Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. The rooms were also equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. The only thing I wish our room would have had was a seating area, but even without it, I easily give the room 5 stars.

The pool/spa area was wonderful. Water temperature in the pool was perfect. It was refreshing but not too cold. Everything in the pool/spa area seemed very well maintained and clean.

The dining area was awesome. There were many places to sit and drink coffee or eat. Everything seemed very clean. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. They provided a wide variety of quality breakfast food (with plates, to-go bags, and to-go boxes). Hot coffee and tea was also offered in the dining area around the clock.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. And not just with the adults in our party, but with the kids too (my toddler is very chatty and they tried their best to carry on conversations with her, which I thought was very sweet).

The hotel is located by several restaurants, a grocery store, and other businesses. You shouldn't have to go far if you need something (unless you're ready for adventure!). I never once worried about our safety in this area, which was a huge positive in my book.

I would highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express Bothell, and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area!

Reasonable priced! Great staff! Clean!Walking distance to shopping plaza! Great updates!

Even though there was construction when I visited, I could see the vision of the end project. I loved the fresh and new feeling. I love that they offered towels at the indoor heated pool. I love the cleanliness of the room and it’s presentation. Honestly it’s was better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I also liked that there was a shopping plaza 2 min walk away ☺ Restaurants and grocery store available there. That was huge plus!

Thank you! Looking forward to staying there at our future visit.

Had a great experience with my three kids. It was close to several restaurants and our bowling training. The staff was very kind and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. The gal at the front desk, Anna, was absolutely amazing and made the experience even better. Good breakfast, clean pool area, etc. We will definetely be back next time we are up this way!

Family of 4, plus our dog stayed for 2 nights after a storm knocked out our power and cell services. Staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included, several hot and cold options, and coffee was good. Beds were comfy and room was quiet and cozy. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area, many in walking distance. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you.

My room was very clean. The bed and pillows were great. I slept very well, and the amenities in the room are nice. Cookies in the lobby and a bottled water in the room are nice welcome additions. I loved the variety at breakfast with lots of protein options. I also like that there were adult only late hours for the pool area.

We stayed 2 nights Sept 2022. Comfortable bed and pillows, easy to change air temperature in room, nice shower and lots hot water, fluffy pristine white towels, lots of room to keep our suitcases off the floor, very clean in room and hotel in general, excellent breakfast with many options (I.e. 3 different kinds of yougurt and many flavours of each kind) (keeping in mind it's typical hotel food), and fairly easy to find. We didn't have time to use pool or hot tub unfortunately. Pleasant staff. great room rate through CAA. I wish every hotel experience was like this one!

I travel through the area almost weekly for work and typically stay at holiday inns because of my rewards program. I had never stayed at this particular hotel but will definitely be back! It was less busy than some making the wait to check in completely seamless. I believe I was upgraded rooms, this is absolutely adorable with the little kitchen area, office area, and sofa and coffee table. Not just a studio but a true suite! I asked about using the lobby for computer work to train a new coworker and was given access immediately to a large table in the new restaurant area, which was perfect for spreading out the laptop and paperwork. I didn’t have time this trip to try out a pool or really any amenities after the long day but later in the evening I went down to the desk to purchase a bottle of wine from the market by the front desk. Very friendly and fast and even gave me a glass from the bar which is so much nicer than a plastic cup from the room! I will definitely be back and the only advice I could suggest to the front desk would be to let guests know if the amenities at check in ( I read reviews about the pool and hot tub and breakfast, but haven’t actually heard about or seen them).

Review of Holiday Inn, Bothel, WA. Rooms 333 and 302.

Very clean room and facility (including the mini fridge and coffee maker, which all too often get overlooked). Comfortable bed. Pillows, one soft, one firm, nice options. Location was beautiful with plenty of restaurants and stores (Applebees, Arby's, Japanese restaurant, grocery store, and many more). We asked for a quiet location, and we got it. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally professional and polite. Cleaning staff are doing a really great job keeping this place exceptionally clean.

Rooms are nicely updated, interior decorator demonstrates great taste in color schemes and materials. While so many hotels fail to keep windows clean, this hotel is an exception -- windows were sparkling clean which lends a well-maintained feeling to the rooms. Rooms seemed a little larger than most moderately priced hotels. Heating and Cooling wall unit worked well.

I travel a lot, so I stay at a wide variety of hotels. This hotel is definitely among the top 10% of moderately priced hotels I've stayed at. My only minor complaint is that the room card keys are difficult to gain entrance to bldg (you have to fiddle with them to get through side entrances into the building).

Let me start off by saying, if you've read my reviews in the past, you know that I almost never ever ever give a five-star rating. My wife and I travel as a out 300 days per year. So we stayed in a lot of hotels. I believe when you show up somewhere, that business starts off at a three-star which is average, then depending on how the service goes will affect your ultimate final rating. I almost never give a five-star, to me that's over the top service. This place has exceeded my expectation day after day and we've been here for several days. This is our second visit in two weeks. So if you're looking for a second home for a few days or a few weeks, I don't see how you would go wrong here. When I hit the lottery, I just might move here and stay in this hotel for the rest of my life. The people are fabulous and their desire to make their guests comfortable is unmatched.
