I have had Erie Insurance for several years and they have been wonderful to deal with. Harriet is usually the one that I talk to when I call the office and she is so very kind and pleasant to talk to. She is always helpful and gets me the information that I need.

We have used Johnson Insurance Group for several years now, for both our personal needs, as well as for our business. They are all friendly and helpful, but Harriet is my main contact, and who I request when I call. If anything is "off" on the paperwork, or if my payment happens to be late, she makes sure to call me and give me a heads up before fees hit- huge lifesaver :)

We have been customers since 2016 and have been impressed with the high quality of customer service we have experienced every single time we have called. Whether it was to add an auto to our policy or ask a question about coverage on our home insurance after a hail storm, the friendly ladies who answer the phone are always happy to help and sweet as pie. You don't have to hear a bunch of menu options or listen to interminable elevator music while waiting to speak to a representative. A real person always answers quickly and has the answers you are looking for. A++ for customer service!! Highly recommend!!

I should have listen to my dad years ago! We have been customers with Allstate for over 10 years. Johnson Insurance is AWESOME and found MUCH better rates then Allstate. We have saved over $500.00 in auto and homeowner's! VERY friendly, helpful staff. Payton is our agent and she has gone above and beyond to help us out even when Allstate didn't cancel my two policies for over 2 months. All paper work was done prior to our new policies to go in effect, but Allstate ignored our request. Payton had to step in to get Allstate to cancel our two policies. I highly recommend them!
