Pro Step Therapy

We LOVE Ms. Allyson!!! My son has been going to OT for several weeks now and the amount of progress he’s been able to make at a short period of time, the trust he’s built in her, the way she provides resources and options for interactive things we can do together at home until our next appointment, just everything is above and beyond what I could have ever asked. I highly recommend her!

I have two children seen at Prostep Therapy. My older special needs child has been with them for years. He loves his Ms Olivia and wakes early in therapy day excited to see her. I have seen such progress with them both. The staff is very patient and wonderful with the boys. They always answer our questions and guide us when we need more than just the in house sessions, such as my sons AFOs. We recommend the clinic to anybody who needs therapy.

I have had bilateral knee replacement and shoulder surgery. I received physical therapy after all three surgeries. The therapy I received made a tremendous difference in my recovery. My therapist was very encouraging every step of the way. I am very thankful that Pro Step Therapy is in our community. They truly are an asset. I would recommend them to anyone.

My son has been a patient of ProStep Therapy for several years now! I was ecstatic when I learned there was a place in Richlands AND they also took children! I can't say enough great things about every member of the staff there. My son receives PT & OT. They are always very accommodating with our schedules. When he is sick and out of service they are always checking in on him. They make his sessions kid friendly so he actually does not have an issue with attending them unlike his old facility. They were also a huge help in getting him new AFO's, new walker along with wheelchair parts! I completely trust them with my child so I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I started with Anthony Moss at the Warehouse Sports Performance Richlands,NC location for Pro Step in February 2021. I was struggling with shoulder, back, hip, and knee pain. It was such a discomfort, I wasn’t able to sleep throughout the night. During the first visit, Anthony went through the standard tests and came up with an amazing plan for me. The first visits were used to loosen up tight restrictive muscles. I’ve tried massages, chiropractors, even bought a new bed, I did everything to find relief but with no lasting comfort. During the pin point release treatments, I instantly felt better. Anthony also let me know that the amazing feeling might fade but as long as I kept up with the prescribed exercises, I would see gains. Anthony was very informative and took every second to share information with me about my treatment plan and what it would take to keep the gained range of motion. No question to small to answer. My shoulder pain was the most unbearable for me. After Anthony identified the deficiencies, we went to work. Within two visits, I was able to tell Anthony I was shoulder free pain. It took hard work at home and giving my all each session but I am so glad to not be limited in activities with my family and friends. There is no magic pill to undo years and years of neglect, but with a knowledgeable person who is passionate about his profession as Anthony you will have a great chance at success. Epitome of what it means to be a professional, Anthony worked with me when it came to rescheduling due to my commitments else where.

Today was my last appointment and I feel Anthony set me up for success to keep all of my gains in range of motion and to continue to progress.

If you are in pain, please give this a try. Your body will thank you.

Prostep Therapy is awesome! My son has many therapys (PT, OT and Speech) through them and we have had nothing but a positive- wonderful experience! They have accommodated my son and I with my busy crazy work schedule doing daycare and/or home visits at my requests. Their staff is very friendly and is dedicated to their clients!! I would definitely recommend Prostep to all my friends and colleagues!

i honestly dont know where to start im so thankful for everything you have done for our sweet Lane over the last few years. you all have went above and beyond for us. Lane has accomplished so much that doctors thought he wouldn't. thank you for doing everything you guys do!

While I was hesitant to drive 45 minutes for each appointment it was totally worth it. The occupational therapist is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares about her patients and helping them get better. I highly recommend this office.

Amazing place owned by an amazing heartfelt lady! Ms. Olivia is so good with my special needs daughter and has been such a blessing to our family in more than one way.

I had an excellent experience at Pro Step Therapy. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. If I need services in the future I will definitely call them again!

Olivia is AMAZING!

Referral has been sent 2x since June for my daughter to be seen for physical therapy and here we are now into mid August and haven't received any calls for an appointment. I call them again today and I'm told they have a waiting list for appointments. How hard is it to call someone and let them know? I have now asked her Pediatrician for a new referral to a different provider. Don't recommend at all

Didn't have good experience with them for my daughter from them discharging her ot only after 3 months even though she has feeding issues(which i was told by the therapist that she was capable of handling),textures issue, still behind in some fine motor( her new ot saw all of these immediately upon eval) with pt i felt like the therapist really didn't like being around kids would leave early because my daughter would cry.. never really felt they did anything to help her physically progress.. been waiting for a month for my daughter new py therapist to start but only to find out she hasnt started because this company never discharged my daughter from their pt services which by the way they i stopped services with them going on two months.. we did all in home therapy by the way.. very disappointed
