It's a conveniently placed gas station. It shares the same parking lot as three restaurants Tiffany's Creperie, Nonna Ina Italian restaurant and Don Pedro's. You will also find Taylor Tax, Mayhem printing, The AshiBar Span, and Zion Massage College located there also.
