Windy (Wendy) was absolutely delightful while doing my hair! I'm a newer short hair style person, and she said, 'We'll take baby steps to get you where you want'! I really appreciated that care. She took her time and changed blades when necessary (I have thick curly hair). The compliments have been flowing since the cut! I live way North and there are plenty of GC's in between, but I will continue to make the drive South for this service!😍

I got my hair cut on 11/10 by Gabby (first time). Before my hair cut, I noticed Gabby unboxing product and stocking shelves between cutting hair, cleaning her station and welcoming customers at the front desk. When Gabby finally seated me for my haircut, I asked a question I already knew the answer to, "Are you the manager?" She replied "Yes I am"... "Franchise owner", Gabby definitely has your best business interest at heart and I would recommend she be recognized for her excellent customer service, dedication to her scope of responsibility and promoted at the next available opportunity.

I happened into this great clips on Sun 11/5, and I was very impressed with the store, it was clean , organized , and efficient . Both of the stylists working were very friendly and seemed to be making their customers happy, I ended up getting a cut from Gabby, and it was outstanding, this is a good spot to go to!

I made a poor choice and allowed a friend to cut my hair on one of those fun nights. I have thick, course, curly hair and Nia (Spelling) was able to correct the damage and I am more than pleased! She knew exactly what was needed and was product knowledgeable with my hair type. I would definitely visit again. Thank you for your help!!!!

Always a nice experience 😌...I've done walk ins..but the online always an option...and never wait longer than 20 mins...both ladies seem to do a great job on haircuts...I take my daughter there for a wash and cut...my stylist always leave us feeling like great about the experience and worth the money that I spent. If my money was Longer, I'd probably buy all the products she use lol...Job well Done ladies 🖤👏 👏 👏

No problem! I don't remember the name of the woman who did my hair but she was great. Didn't make me feel bad for the state of my hair (it was kinda bad) and I'm also going through medical treatment and I had medical devices attached to my legs at the time of the visit and she didn't make me feel bad or anything. I've been having anxiety about going out in public with the machines on and she made me feel comfortable about it so honestly, I really appreciate it. I wish I remembered her name because it really made a difference to me!

People treat you like a friend and listen to your needs

Check in is easy, price is reasonable, located near home. I understand that going to a chain like GC means you kind of play roulette with whether or not you'll find a compatible stylist or not. I got lucky the first visit- Nya totally gets what I'm wanting done, and so I feel confident that every time I go here and ask for her, I will be happy with my haircut!

Great environment, nice and friendly staff. Above all, they know their job. Ashley has been doing my hair for a while now. Never had a complaint. Always walked out with a great haircut. Matter of fact it keeps getting better every time.

Great place. Glad that I choose to go here instead of my normal place I go. Because the lady who cut my hair was someone that lived in the same neighborhood and same school as me plus knew the same friends I knew an my sisters and brothers. Very nice person and did a great job cutting what little hair I've got left lol. Will be going back when I need to. Thxs.

Great Clips in Gravois in South STLMO is really great place. They are covid 19 careful mask up with highly skilled style specialist. They checked me in and got a cut in under five minutes in a Tuesday at 425 pm. They asked why I was there and my goals for the haircut. Details were followed and I got a great Clips great cut today!

These places are usually like playing the lottery to end up with a great stylist. Luckily this store is pretty small and everyone there does a great job. Usually no wait compared to other locations and easy location and parking.

I have never called a stylist back and been so happy to tell them how much I love my haircut,
she did that !! I have natural curly kinky hair and it was in a afro state which I thought would be easier for the stylist dont know how she did it but she did it and I love my hair . Both stylist in the shop we're awesome and made me feel comfortable

I don't remember the lady's name but she has twice now given me some of the best haircuts I've ever had. Will probably only go to her from now on

Had a good haircut experience. Didn't catch my stylist's name but I checked in online and got in quickly. She checked the details of my usual cut with me and executed it well. She talked to me about styling it differently and let me see what that looked like. I'm not sure I'd wear it that way daily but it was interesting to see another way to style it. She was very friendly and a good conversationalist.

My son got his haircut by Rileigh. She did a great job. I showed her a picture and she nailed it! He really likes his new haircut!

I’ve been couple Great Clip locations but this is the best one, they always take time to cut my hair and turn out like i want. Other places, they just cut my hair in 5’ or less, my hair looked uneven after they finished too.
