I am here all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the store clean and well stocked. When the line gets long they are quick to get you to another register.

You get the strong sense that nobody cares, and who could blame them? Working retail has always been hell, and now you've got management leaving open positions, saying they're hiring when they're not, and forcing current employees to do more than their share.

Many items were out of place. I asked to use the restroom (it's typically locked or behind a keypad at Walgreens), and was told, "It's open." It was open, all right. Wet paper towels on the floor, no toilet paper in sight (this is why you ALWAYS carry Kleenex and napkins), no paper towels.

That said, the staff were kind to me, and knowledgeable. There was just a sense of frustration and apathy. Seems to me like management should *actually hire more help.*

Went in to get a card for a family birthday, selection was extremely limited for a walgreens, not exactly the cleanest location either
