I visited the office yesterday for an appointment scheduled at 11 am. Dr. Bundle was not there so the other assigned doctor was the one who treated me. There were about 8 to 9 people in the waiting room. When I got to the office there were only 2 people. When I left the office I was the last.

Completely disappointed in the service. 1 HOUr and 12 MINUTES waiting for a prescription for ampixilin. UNBELIEVABLE. Terrible service, employees without any urgency and / or EMPATHY. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Ayer visité la oficina para una cita programada a las 11 am. La Dra. Bundle no estaba, así que la otra doctora asignada fue la que me atendió. En la sala de espera habían alrededor de 8 a 9 personas. Cuando llegué a la oficina habían sólo 2 personas. Cuándo salí de la oficina fui la última. Completamente decepcionada del servicio. 1 hora y 12 minutos de espera para una receta de ampixilin. Increíble, servicio pésimo, empleadas sin ningún tipo de urgencia y/o empatía. No les recomiendo este servicio médico.
