JCMC - Richlands

The staff at JCMC Richlands are amazing. Very polite from the moment you walk in the door. The wait time depends on how busy they are ,but today was very quick. The Dr.was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. His medical staff was also very thorough and polite. I HIGHLY recommend this facility if your sick.

The front desk ladies were nice and informative.
Nurse Kayla was so sweet got all my information down and was a great personable young lady. Dr Mary Bundle was very thorough and explained everything very clearly to me.
So much was this visit so relaxing I wasn’t in a hurry to leave. Best ever thanks

Mary Bundle, PA, goes above and beyond for her patients. Shes always willing to listen to all of their concerns and doesn't rush them off. Yes the wait times can be a while, but she makes sure she gives every patient the same respect and attentiveness.

JCMC of Richlands has been my PCP for over 10 years. The staff from administration and nursing all the way to the physicians is top tier in my opinion as a patient and a health care provider myself for 23 years. Mary Bundle PA is the greatest PCP I know. Her bedside manner is excellent because her concern and care for her patients is sincere and authentic empathy. I always know when I need help with my health I can make a phone call and I am prioritized to the best of their ability and it's always remarkable and better than the other providers in our area.

This entire experience was amazing. Her nurse was fabulous and understanding. I felt that the doctor was very thorough and very direct and honest, which was appreciative for someone who is taking care of an elderly family member. Very grateful and excited to continue working with her!

Listen and provide advice to help me have better life health outcomes. Recommend some test I need to have done in the near future. Renewed my prescription and checked lungs , heart and blood pressure. Good experience.

The people here are friendly & helpful. They always try to accommodate me when scheduling appointments, or expediting prescriptions, etc. Mary Bundle is the major reason I come to this location. She has been my Primary Care provider for many years. I trust her judgment & love her warm personality! I would hate to lose her for any reason. She genuinely cares about me & it shows every time I make a visit.

Very thorough. Always ensures you're up to date with all required immunizations/tests/labs no matter the reason for your visit.

My only complaint is the wait time but at the same time, I don't mind an extended wait for a physician who truly cares about your health. Highly recommended.

I’m not sure how other providers are at this location, but Mary works SO well with each of her patients. She takes her time, she listens. That has to be such a burden at the end of a long day. Giving your entire attention to everyone and even to the last person that you see at the end of the day, but somehow she does it. Anytime I’ve made an appointment with her she gives the upmost care. I couldn’t suggest another provider more highly than I do her. I’ve saw her a handful of times and she’s always been wonderful, but she’s taken care of my late grandmother and she’s taken care of my mother. No one else listens quite the way she does. If you’re there to really discuss your care, she’ll be there to listen.

Ms. Mary was wonderful! She was very welcoming and nice. We laughed and joked. She made light of my situation and made me feel very comfortable to open up to her.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I would definitely recommend this clinic I can see why this clinic stays busy. This is the first place I've been in over 16 years they made me feel like I was part of the family, everybody made me feel at home and they were really inviting and open. Scheduling my appointment was very easy, new patient process had a stead flow, and I was seeing within the first 30 minutes after arriving.

Took my 79 year old mother here for her first ‘New Patient’ visit. Mary Bundle and the nurse that saw mom were very helpful and seemed to be plain simple good people. I hope they continue to accept mom’s health insurance (the reason we had to leave her last PCM).

I have recently moved from RI so this was my first visit to JCMC. I was greeted with a smile by the office personnel and Dr Michael was pleasant and thorough.
I didn't feel rushed, which was usually the case with the doctors I have seen in the past. He took the time to listen and address all of my concerns. Thank you JCMC and Dr Michael 🙏

Ms. Mary was so pleasant to have as my new PCP. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She performed a thorough examination and asked questions related to my health and well-being. Recommendations were made as to my current and future needs.
The staff was more than welcoming and handled all of my registration needs.

Mary Bundle takes the time to listen and evaluate any issues you may have. She also takes into account real life issues, your finances, your home life. You really should hire more like Mary Bundle. Adding photos? Taking photos in the office is forbidden!

He is amazing, he was very friendly and seemed to really care about my brothers health. He explained everything very well . He listened attentively and answered all of our questions. It was truly a blessing to be seen by him.

Micheal Porcheron is one of the best! He genuinely cares about your needs and treats you like family. I give him 5 stars. The front staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Proud to have them as our primary care!

I have been a patient of Mary Bundles since 2008 (16 years). She is personal, shows empathy and kind to each patient. I try to remember to give her a hug because she deserves them. Believe me she’s helped me thru good and bad health issues. You leave her knowing she cares because I always leave with a smile.

The staff (office and nurses) are always professional and kind.
