Consistent solid work. Always informative of what the issue is, the severity, and the urgency of the problem. Every time I bring the vehicle in I receive thorough information on the status of the vehicle, including a hard copy.

I had to bring in my Ford for some recall repairs, tires, and maintenance. The service adviser, Alex, did a great job keeping me informed and recommending services based on my needs. He even arranged a loaner vehicle when the repairs took longer than expected. On top of that, it was reasonably priced for the amount of work done.

Initially, I encountered a frustrating situation with their phone system; the service representative repeatedly dropped my call. However, they promptly reached out the following day and efficiently addressed the issues with my truck a few days later, ultimately resolving my concerns.

Didn't go here but my Ford could use servicing..

Dropped off car for known specific issue covered by warranty. After 48 hours was told they contacted the warranty who said they wouldn't cover the repair suggested (even when technician video suggested the repair needed to happen to fix the problem). Declined to self pay for repair, paid diagnostics fee and picked up the vehicle. Called warranty myself and they have no record of dealership contacting them about the issue and was reassured given evidence provided that warranty does cover it. Can go back AGAIN and won't have to pay diagnostics fee but would rather have refund to take elsewhere and work with a shop not inclined to misinform me and waste time. Do better Leith Ford
