If you need to mail a package, this is the place to go. Customer service is fantastic! There is no better place to mail anything. If you live in Jacksonville, it is worth the drive to Richlands. If you live in any surrounding city, it is worth the drive to this store.

I went in and had homemade canned goods that I wanted to ship to Michigan. Eric packed it ALL up, and it made it to MI in 1 piece. Thank you for a great packing job! This place is the best and so friendly, awesome customer service.

I had to mail off three different packages and was pleasantly impressed by Joan and her husband. Handled with precision/professional hands. I showed up 10 minutes before their scheduled open time and they opened early just so I didn't have to wait. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Even apologized for the wait. I will definitely continue to do business with them.

Fantastic service and facility!! Eric was super helpful notarizing our mortgage documents. He made sure the prints looked nice and overall was a great help. He even stayed after closing to help us finish. I highly recommend this business if you need prints or notarized documents!

I love this place!! Not sure how my rating said 2 stars. I am bad with technology lol. I liked this place before the new owners and love it now even more. Such awesome people running the store. The boss man Fathead needs a raise. He makes me come there. Haven't been to the post office in years and this place makes shipping so much less stressful. Great store to have here in Richlands.

I have always went to Mail and More when I lived in Richlands and I still go there even though I moved to Jacksonville! I’ve had to mail stuff to Germany many times and they have gone above and beyond to help me with that! They are so personable and greet and treat everyone like they are family!

Always great service from Mail N' More. The staff is great and always willing to lend a hand. See them for your shipping, copies, notary, printing and more. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great location but what's better is the service I consistently receive each time I need something mailed/shipped. There is always a steady amount of customers there, though it never fails both Eric and Joan will greet you with a smile, pack and ship any items for the best price offered at the time.
