I reviewed this place several years ago after a horrible experience at Goodyear Tire. This is the only place I trust with any of my vehicles. Kareem and Tim both gave excellent customer service. My car was in and out in under an hour for a full set of tires. Not only that, but they had mine in stock, which can be difficult with certain low profiles. Discount Tire has a customer for life. They are extremely dependable and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and safe with a warranty that can't be beat.

These guys are always on point. I always dread taking my car to any shop because it's rare to find a shop that cares about your car... But these guys keep surprising me with amazing service and fantastic work. A lot of the guys working here are car enthusiasts too making the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

This place is unbelievable I don’t know how they manage to hire the nicest customer service. I’ve been coming here for the last 12 years and no disappointment. They are always polite, professional… always on time. I just want to thank them for making things so simple and easy when it comes to rotate, shop for tires, or just adjusting pressure, and I don’t want to forget THE BEST prices. John, Jaden and Josh were such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys for a job always well done.

This week I bought new tires for my Mercedes at Discount Tire in Salisbury, NC. After my last very positive experience at Discount Tire a year ago, they have become my tire vendor/installer of choice. Their prices are as low and in many cases "lower" than any you will find and they do "price match". Their staff is friendly, organized and highly trained and their facility is spotless. My wait time was minimum (w/appointment). To date, I am extremely pleased with my tires and the rock-steady ride quality I get. Special thanks to Kareem and his enthusiasm for ensuring a happy customer!

The people here are so nice. The manger went above and beyond to help me. They were very informative and took their time with explaining what I needed for my car. I would recommend them to everyone if I could. Very fast service as well.

The Salisbury Discount Tire on Kake Alexander Blvd. was able to find me a new set of tires that were in stock and get me taken care of very quickly. I arrived at 8:30 am and was at work in Charlotte by 9:30 am. I think they did a great job.

Bought my tires here 2 1/2 years ago. Rotations, checking pressure, fixing leaks are free. No complaints here.

A great customer experience! My family and I were traveling through the area, and they fixed an issue we had with a tire installed by another shop both promptly and correctly. This is a great location with great people! If I were local, I would come back!

I had a flat tire from a screw. These guys were so nice and helpful. Got us in and out in about 30 minutes. As we were traveling, that was a big plus to me.

Discount Tire has been wonderful. I have been there 3 times for different reasons, and each time, it was a really good experience. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend it, and I'll definitely go back.

I’ve been here twice. Last time I went I had to show up last minute with no appointment. I had a lot of questions as I am trying to learn more about my car and what I’m buying. The associate that helped me was so kind and willing to take the few extra minutes to talk to me about everything. Didn’t take long even without an appointment. Also if you go and have to wait hit up “Country Donutz” next door while you wait.

Very professional and thorough. Showed and explained to me the issue with my tire. It couldn't be fixed. But they gave me options to solve it that worked best for my interest and not to just make a sale.

Friendly crew, got 4 new wheels and tires and it took about 40 minutes for them on and me back on the road. Definitely recommend.

If you don’t want to spend all day getting new tires put on, come to this shop! I had an 8:15am appointment and they met me at the door and took me when I got their at 8:05am. It took me longer to drive here then get my tires put on and out the door. I was in and out within 30min. Very professional, quick and clean store. Will be coming back & letting people know to come here.

The guys at the desk were nice and professional, and even had my tpms sensors programmed for free!

I stopped by to check the tire pressure light, and they quickly inspected and filled the air. The light was still on, and they then checked if the sensors were working, and one of them was dead. They took my car in and took care of it in just about 40 minutes or so. I had my dog in the car, and they let me bring him into the waiting room. The store manager Scott was very professional, courteous, and kind, and everyone was friendly and efficient. One of the very best experiences I’ve had in recent years!

I love this store. I have a Tesla and I bought tires for it today. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and they carry the pucks that you need to lift a Tesla to change the tires. Highly recommend them!!!

Great prices...very helpful..had to order a tire and they were still able to get it the same day..and they had the lowest price out of every where ..highly recommend

These guys are awesome! They are my "go to" place for anything with tires. Today, they had me bring our camper in the same day & put new tires on in less than an hour. As a woman, I always feel respected & that is priceless.
