Alamo Rent A Car

This past Thanksgiving I was able to rent a vehicle with Alamo . By far a great experience, the staff were all great to my family and me. Helpful with my travel plans and as well upon my return . I recommend Alamo if you want a smooth transaction

1 star: free upgrade to premium car with no trunk space. BMW electric hybrid had an extremely small trunk. Should not be offered as rental to people with several pieces of luggage.

I had a smooth transaction. They have really stepped up their game. The pictures below show the vehicle dirty but that is from me. I got my car from Alamo at the airport. I have rented from them before and never had such a smooth transaction as I did this time. I will rent from them again!

This experience exceeded my expectations. In a crunch 5 of us were headed to Fl. With some car issues on the horizons we decided renting 1 van would be better than 2 cars that may break. This would also save in gas. Alamo made this process seamless. I booked online, they called 24 hours before the pick up. The van was ready when I arrived and it was way more comfortable and fuel efficient then I expected. We drove to Fl and back. The drop off was seamless and the attendant helping us was very friendly. Have rented multiple times at this location. Always excellent service and quick service, both on arrival and return. (Most recent experience: a vehicle in the class that I had reserved was not available, they immediately upgraded me (in my case, the next class up was a brand new Suburban!).

I needed a car in a hurry and Alamo was able to give me the best rate. Their service was very professional and quick, no waiting at all. Less than 5 minutes from checking-in to getting in the car. AAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++

Customer Service was great at Albert J Ellis airport. (KOAJ). Van was nice and clean. Price was about the same as everyone else.
