CC Tire and Auto Mobile Mechanic Service & wrecker service

Broke the valve stem on my Camaro. Called Craig to come out and he was there within 20 minutes. Got a new valve stem in and back to the house in a timely manner. Great attitude.

We were from out of state stranded with our travel trailer and CC Tire quickly came out, repaired our tire and got us back on the road so we could see our Marine son before he left for his next duty station! We are so grateful and enjoyed their professionalism and kindness!

I got myself in over my head trying to fix my Jeep myself. Instead of doing further damage I called CC. They had it in the air that day. Quick service, quality work, good people.

I will start off by saying, over the past year I've purchased a couple of tires and didn't have any issues. However, I recently purchased a tire last week, the tire had three plugs in it already without my knowledge before buying. Found out quickly about the plugs due to a flat tire the next morning. Contact the person, he stated he knew about the plugs but there was nothing he could do about it. This is poor business, wasted valuable time and money just to be back in the same situation. The inconvenience and how poorly someone does there job can TRULY affect others.

Bad experience. Over charged me. Didnt call to say he ran into issues and ask if I wanted him to proceed with the work. Kept asking for more money in two weeks time we gave him Over 1300.00. The night before we were to pick up my truck this man never said we owed more money also told him we would be there by 5:30 to pick my truck up when we arrived he was gone never told us he want going to be home wouldnt answer his phone. If anyone going to run a business you need to stay in contact with your clients and let them know it will cost more for this and that and not just assume it's ok to proceed.

When talking about price this shop proceeded to quote me at 100 dollars but then told me it was gonna be almost double. When we talked I was getting nowhere, my girlfriend stepped in and talked, saying she was unreal and if she had a real job she’d understand. I will not be coming back and advised anyone else to never go there . I should’ve just gone to battlefield tire in Swansboro.

You mess up someone’s truck, threaten to drag them down the street when they ask about their vehicle. Demand money for a non finished job. Trash, garbage, worthless

Tried to call them multiple times and then waited an hour and the still haven’t answered I will NOT take my vehicle to them… so thanks guys will never use you guys

Dishonest about prices. Horrible customer service. And apparently doesn't even keep track of customers lol
