Lived in Richlands now 2 years - ALL of my car needs are done here period. Very friendly, go the extra mile and explain things in detail.
Tim is awesome and we have actually bought a couple vehicles from him while there. Also - I see workers many times, helping people that just show up and have a quick issue. They are amazing! Wish I could take them with me when i move to North Dakota next month!

This is the only place that will get my business. Family run and they have a way of making you feel like family from the moment you walk in. You won’t find another place that can beat their prices and the customer service is top notch. There is a reason why they are always busy there but they never treat you like they don’t have time for you. Great place.

I had 2 tires with slow leaks, I dropped them off, and they called less than an hour later they called telling me they were ready. This place is always busy but still has good service. I have had my oil changed here and bought 4 tires for my trailer. All good experiences. I think they treat their people right.

Honestly I can’t say enough great things about this shop. Been going here for years. Just moved 45 minutes away from them and am still making the drive to them for any and all needs. Great family. Great rates. Great service.

Just wanted to share our experience with this business of going above and beyond for their customers. We were traveling for the thanksgiving holiday to see our son, when Thanksgiving morning our truck had a big issue that would prevent us from getting back home to Florida. They got right on the repairs on Friday, and we were able to get on the road to home Saturday due to their diligence. We are so thankful for the wonderful experience they provided, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into one we didn't have to stress over! Thanks for having our backs! 5 stars isn't enough but it's all we could give, but you truly exceeded in our eyes!!

Fast service. Used and new tires available. They were able to get me in quickly and help me with my punctured tire. Extremely fair pricing .

These guys are such friendly and honest people. We moved to Richlands not long ago and I will never take my vehicle to another shop again. They gave me a really fair price and even offered to show my husband how to do it so I could save some money. They had my vehicle fixed and out the door within an hour and no appointment. I am super impressed!

I’m always nervous about where to go get my car serviced because I have my kids with me all the time. Richlands tire was great. Definitely child friendly. Had lots of stuff for your kids to do while you’re waiting for your car. My kids were good just nosey and looking for anything to mess with Mr.Tim folded up a box real quick gave them a flash light and told them it was a space ship and they colored it. It was over all just a great experience. Thank you so much 😊

This place is an absolute gem. Every time I’ve been they always look so busy but I’ve never waited over 20 mins at any of my visits. Everyone working is always super nice and friendly, and the waiting area is really spacious.

This is the best tire shop I have been to. They have the best prices by far for used tires. Their customer service is amazing. They are super nice and respectful. This is my second time and just wow. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

We had a great experience at Richlands Tire Service.....
I called a couple of days in advance about having tire installed on a camper we were purchasing. When the day came we pulled in and they were ready for us. They were friendly, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. They accommodated us without issue and we were back on the road in about an hour. I have never heard of the brand we purchased, but they were the size and load-range we needed. Time will tell if the tires were actually a bargain, but I was happy with the total price. I definitely recommend giving the folks at Richlands Tire a call.

Me & my second family have been vacationing in Topsail NC, & we’re from NY. On our way home, a tire blew out on our car & nobody was helping. Luckily, Tim from Richlands picked us up & the car with his truck, & put a new tire on it, & took very good care of us. God bless Tim.

Came back for Oil Change in Mercedes, brought own oil, just 2 quarts short and wrong filter, they got the oil and filter in from the store and knocked it out. Great people to work with and take the time to do it right.

Went had nail side wall of tire had to order another tire for vehicle. Lady at desk is awesome!!!! Wish all retail it service could be like her! She was helpful, informative and worked with you. Got my tire replaced and had to wait for warranty approval but everything went real well

Took my car in for an issue with my engine, they were very polite and professional. And performed the services needed in a timely manner. I felt right at home there and can’t thank them enough for their help.
