My mom passed in Sept ‘23. Mike reached out as a cold call. He shared with me that his mom had passed too and he had a great network of people to work with. For some reason I trusted him. (Great call)
Mike worked with me with no guarantee that I was going to do business with him. I shared with him I had friends that were agents. He said he would help anyways…WOW!
He referred the company that did the estate sale, then the house was cleaned out by his referral for the “junk” guy, and finally his referral for housecleaning got it ready to sell. Because of his hard work, he EARNED my business by giving us great service. He did everything he said he was going to and more. He was “Johnny on the spot. He made one of the hardest times of my life easier. I would hire him to sell my house, and he was SO helpful with the estate. The house closed all cash within a week. Full price. As a side note he took care of so many other things. He is genuinely a great guy.

Our experience with Michael White was extremely positive. We were preparing to downsize, and he was sensitive to our issues and concerns. He answered all of our questions, explained the process and associated documents, and provided other contacts to assist with tasks that would help us sell the house (i.e. stager, home mover advisor, contractors for minor repairs).
