Before the cleaning I was concerned some stains wouldn't come out, but the carpets look great, no more stains, and we are happy with the service! The guy was very professional too 😊

We had a great experience with Todd! He was punctual and did a great job removing stains and making sure our carpets look great for our move out inspection!
He also did our mattress and it looked really good afterwards, the stains faded to nearly invisible!

Fast, cheapest in the area, & professional!

I needed my mattress cleaned asap due to water leaked from my roof the prices he has are GREAT best in town i was going to do a few mattress problem was he didn't have a portable to be able to come inside the house said it was too far away for his hose to reach there was probably about 20 feet from the front door to my room if 250 feet wasn't enough i think it wouldn't been if he would've tried at least by us moving one of the white trucks from there to where my mattress would've been i think he could've made it happen for me that's why I'm upset didn't even come in the house to see how much further he had to go i think he just didn't want to.

Although he was the cheapest around Jacksonville, cheap isn’t always the best. Upon day of service he was 15 mins late and us to his late arrival he finished cleaning three bedrooms, hallways, and living room within 45 mins. The carpets took over 10 hours to dry and once dry stains we asked to be removed we’re still there. Not impressed. He was professional but didn’t perform highly

He was in a huge hurry. He stated he moved "light" furniture. He didn't even try to move anything. After 3 neck and 3 back surgeries I and my grandchildren had to move everything. He was loading up to leave while all my bedroom furniture was still in the middle of the room. I told Him to wait while the kids came back from next door to help me move furniture back so he could finish the floor. He said he didn't have time to wait. He waited while I moved furniture back then went over areas he missed. The carpet is still dirty! I found him to be rude and impatient. I don't recommend him. He also does not clean edges of carpet next to the base boards.

Did 3 rooms and a staircase in the matter of 20mins, stains were still present once the carpet dried, and carpet still smells like my dog. 😒
