I’ve had such a great experience here ! Ericka is always so welcoming ! She definitely made the process a lot easier! The property is very clean well kept up with. The management is always a delight. Any issue or concerns they were so kind enough to hear me out.

This was my first time using a storage unit, and I felt unsure about where to start. However, Ericka walked me through the process and showed me around. I was impressed by how clean the units were, and I appreciated her help in choosing the right size for my belongings.

I really like Ericka, she really makes it a pleasure to come in and pay my storage. You need more employees like her. Do not let her go. In fact she needs a raise. She deserves it. Cause I really like coming to pay my bill she makes me laugh. And I like the storage it is in the right place close to my house

Not one of the big, well-known storage business, but they are one of the best. No hassle renting or bill paying, very helpful. When needed again I will definitely go back to Storage Star.

The young lady that manages the property is as nice and professional as she can be she greets you with a smile and carries on a great conversation and is very knowledgeable. I believe that her name is Erika, and it is a privilege to meet you.

Honestly loved the experience of these rental spaces. Absolutely loved Dooley Bumpers, the way he's just so nice; he's absolutely a people person. He works hard and keeps this place clean. Even when it's burning up outside he's still outside making sure this place is clean. Sadly I had to end my monthly subscription but I would definitely go back here when I get back up.

This is a great storage unit with easy access to Hwy 183. Dooley is a great guy, friendly, and has good customer service. I will always use this storage whenever I am in need of one.

Very convenient to me since i live less than a half mile away.. Very nice people. Reasonably priced. They do not force you to buy insurance like a lot of places.
They have various sizes and for another $10 a month you can access 24/7. The person that helped me is a young man who moved here from up north, i believe Pennslyvannia.

I wished i had stopped by here way before now. I also wished that i could just get rid of things instead of storing them. However, if you are looking for a unit, go here and do not go to places like Extra Space because they are shiesty

My husband and I came in searching for the perfect storage to store my things. I was very pleased with Ms.Teairra’s customer service ! Although I was indecisive on exactly which unit I wanted she remained very professional and patient and I didn’t feel rushed . I definitely enjoyed doing business with the company !
