I am always greeted upon walking in... My experience is always a good one when there. The employees are very helpful and make the effort to help look for something if it's not in stock on shelves. In my opinion I give it 5 stars because they always have what I'm looking for when I do go.
It's also very conveniently close so I never go out of my way. I recommend going to this McArthur location

A small Kroger with a big heart! We love the service provided! This place has friendly staff and conveniently located near our neighborhood!

This review is not for the grocery part of this Kroger but for Armando the pharmacy tech at the drive through window. This location is our go to for medications. The employee that is usually at the pick up window is simply not friendly and does not appear to enjoy his job. However, when I went to pick up my husband's meds this past week, I was warmly greeted by a nice polite and SMILING young man named Armando. Give this guy an immediate raise so he'll continue to work for you Kroger and do it asap! Customer Service is everything in this post pandemic world and this young man nailed it.

I have been shopping this Kroger for years and here is why I will continue to use this store over any others…. Mark and John in the meat department recently helped me pick out the perfect brisket! They are so friendly, kind and helpful! Nora at self checkout is purely the sweetest soul I’ve ever met! Joanna is always willing to help me when I am unable to find a specific item! Vonda at self checkout has the magic touch for the machines that are a little temperamental at times! Melinda is always so friendly, fast and very careful with my items when going through her line! Michelle in Bakery has done many cakes for me and seriously you can tell she is doing something she loves and is passionate about! Jesse at night is always a positive happy guy to everyone who walks through that door… even if it is a few minutes to closing and they are having an ice cream craving that won’t go away!!! Everyone I run into and talk to at this store has been so positive and helpful over the years.

Great store! Convenient neighborhood location. They have a wide variety of items and have good deals as well as mark downs. The only small problem I've ever had is sometimes they run out of things. Its understandable though as many people shop here. Its never a big issue as they usually have another brand available if they are out of something. Always received awesome customer service here the employees really care, respect and appreciate the customer. I'd shop here over Walmart any day and save money. If they could possibly buy some of the land behind the store from the city and expand that would be awesome. Ive shopped here for 20 years and I'll continue shop here as long as I live in Irving, keep up the great work and Thank Y'all!

As usual, great experience! Even though it was Christmas Eve, the store was clean, staff was friendly, check out was reasonably fast for the holiday crowd. Shelves were pretty well stocked and staff was restocking as quickly as they could. Love the fuel points, especially on gift cards (2x) when you have 19 grandkids!

Always clean. Always friendly and helpful staff. When I do have an issue they always take care of it right away. Great deals. I usually always get my groceries here. Only one suggestion make the soap closer so people like me can access it better in the restrooms for the disabled. Ty.

I have been using this pharmacy for three years and the pharmacists and staff are consistently friendly, kind, and professional. They greet me warmly and I just love the standard of positive professionalism they model at this particular Kroger especially with it being a little one!

This is my favorite grocery store. It has a drive thru pharmacy window for drop off or pick up for all your pharmacy needs, also has the inside for flu, covid, pneumonia shots etc.

I shop here every week and I love this store! It is clean, the manager is extremely nice and all the clerks are friendly. I like the fact that they hire seniors. I had forgotten my husband's 65th birthday and call them the morning of in a panic. The baker was very nice, took my order for cake and had it ready 2 hours later. It was beautiful. The store has a 10% senior discount if you sign up for their rewards card. Believe me it saves me money on all my Kroger items - including Hamburger meat. It's a great store and a great experience!

Store was upgraded just about a year ago and is well stocked for its size; but it is just too small. Building is probably 40 years old and newer Krogers are 2 to 3 times the size. Parking is almost always full also. Despite those issues though, the staff is great and very helpful. Some long term ones even recognize the regulars by sight. The aisles are usually stocked well, but capacity on some items is just 2 or 3 so they go quickly. This store does nothing wrong, it just needs more of what it does right. More space, more parking, more self checkouts.

Although there are customers walking around without a mask. All the employees that I saw had masks on. Thank you Kroger’s for caring.

My suggestion: I think you should have each row with a sign posted one way. Then enforce the oneway.

I keep running into people on a such small rows. Even though I would turn around and go the other way trying to avoid people there was just no way to do it everybody was walking within a foot of each other passing.

This Kroger is one of the well maintained store. always fresh stocked produce. always items are stocked full. very great customer service. but it gets busy in the evenings.

Love Kroger. Cant stand walmart. This location is great! Emps are friendly. Never wait in line. When i am waiting in line, a lot of times a guy will come over and open another lane. They never let more than 2 or so people wait they will open more check out lanes. Plus have specials on meats all the time!

I tried the online order/pick up ... I thought this would not go as smoothly as it did !
Everything on my order was fufilled and I waited for about 3-5 to get my things ! Saved me so much time. The store clerk was very polite.

Store is a great old Kroger store been there since the stone ages. The associates are very helpful they have one gentleman there name Sean he's a superstar when it comes to customer service.
