I had a very good experience working with Best Buy floors. It turned out absolutely great. I had a few people coming in for quotes and Best Buy was the only one who were on time and got back to me as they promised. They provided me cost effective material options and comparison. They also recommended the material that would not require additional baseboard for cosmetic purpose. I’m impressed with professional and detailed oriented suggestions. They also finished work within a week. At the end I found a drywall hole and asked Alex if he knew any good handyman. Alex even offered free fix. Their staff is super nice and professional. I’d choose them again for repainting my house.

I had a great experience working with Best Buy Floors to replace my carpet. Miguel and everyone at the showroom were very helpful and friendly; they walked my through the showroom and explained the different carpet types to help me select then sent out for a measurement of my space.

Working with Junior and the team (family) has been one of the highlights of our kitchen remodel that is leading to a bigger floor replacement project. They are super knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer lots of questions, and have a great showroom which incudes a new kitchen and cabinet remodelling center. We have spent hours talking to them about counter tops, luxury vinyle, carpeting, hardwood lamenent vs. solid hardwood, and different installation options (floating, clicking, nail down, glue down). Super helpful and know the difference between affordability and super high-end floors. Their prices have been very fair and when we finally ordered flooring, it came in quickly and they kept us informed of the status the whole time. Great team!

Excellent customer service experience with Alex Barajas! We visited Best Buy Floors 2 weeks ago looking for the right LVP product for our remodeling project. Alex was one of the most courteous salesmen we've met! He was very quick to understand our requirements and search for suitable matches all over his showroom within 10 minutes. As we left with his LVP samples, Alex also gave us a detailed estimate with price and lead time for each sample. Later when we found out our favorite LVP choices had long lead times and would delay our project, Alex proactively called his manufacturing rep to find out alternatives that can meet our deadline. We later came back to his showroom to check out other LVP brands, though Alex was not around he had already set aside his recommended samples for us on the front desk. He also offered to send his newly arrived floor samples to our kitchen designer's office at a later date so that we didn't have to make too many back-and-forth trips to match products. We're so impressed by Alex's top-notch customer service. Definitely will go back to this place for future projects!

This business initially won us over with the sheer amount of selection. Their showroom has something for everyone! Then came the amazing customer service. Maria helped with everything- from choosing our new floor, to getting over the smallest details and getting the measurement and quote done very fast! Communication between the moment we agreed to the quote and the installation date was exceptional. But all of this was superseded by the installation process. We couldn't be happier with the level of detail, professionalism and the communication from our installer- Matt. Throughout the process he kept providing us with information and showing us the layout of the floor to make sure we like it. This is the first time I am having a laminate floor installed, but I can tell you- it was done right! We can't wait to use their services again once the new kitchen is in!

Wow these guys were efficient and fast!!! Miguel came out and took measurements, they ordered the supplies and installed all in one week!! Everyone on the team was friendly and responsive. Awesome and reliable service! Junior helped us at every stage for choosing the type of wood needed to installation. We were pretty nervous given it's a new house, however, Junior made it look very easy and we were pretty hands-off. Visited after the work was done and they did a really neat job!
