Very accommodating to specific needs and helpful in guiding you in the right direction. Even was able to exchange some treats that my mom had purchased for our (picky) Cavapoo, Nelly, for another kind of treat, despite the returned treats being opened!

I think I even got a penny back for the exchange 😅

I am recovering from orthopedic surgery. While I can walk, I can only do short distances, and I am not able to stand for prolonged periods of time. I needed to get some crickets for my geckos, but I knew it would probably take a bit of time for them to bag them all. An associate, Jaida, who is very polite, very kindly grabbed a chair for me so that I would be able to sit rather than stand the whole time while I was waiting. When their other associate, Liam, brought the crickets to me, he asked me if he could bring them to my vehicle for me, which I gladly accepted. These may be small gestures of kindness for some, but for me it meant a great deal. Thank you, Jaida and Liam, for going above and beyond for a customer that could use a little extra help today.

Loved the large variety of Betta fish's. I did however go a little over board when picking the fish food.....I have shared a pic of the live I repeat LIVE BETTA BUGS FOOD!!. It hold 1,000 of these bugs😑🥴

My family adopted a baby bearded dragon about a week ago. Athena is the lizard expert at Petco, and she has been so helpful. She has provided so much useful information and tips. And the live bugs at this Petco are always alive (I’ve been to another Petco where the roaches I bought turned out to be dead). Will definitely be back to ask Athena for more tips in taking care of our new lizard :)

Nice staff! Brianna, is a fish expert and she explained all about some fish I bought. All this while our dog was being groomed. We paid $40 to have her nails trimmed and buffed, butt/face/feet trimmed, teeth brushed and ears cleaned. The only thing that was missed was spraying her with sugar cookie deodorizer. I love it and realized when we got home that she didn't get sprayed 💔 will definitely check for that next time.

Took my nervous dog to Petco a few weeks ago to get his nails trimmed. The staff there did a wonderful job helping him warm up and be comfortable! I can’t remember which lady did his nails otherwise I’d give her a personal shout out.
Fast forward to today. Crosby went in to get a bath with a holiday package ad on! Again all the grooming staff did WONDERFULLY to make sure my pup was comfortable. Ashley did his bath and I’m incredibly impressed. He smells, looks, and feels amazing! Im incredibly happy with my experience there.

My little Minnie Australian Shepherd just loves Ann. Violet is so happy to see Ann when she goes to PetCo. She always stands quietly while Ann does the trimming to make her look good. Both Violet and I are always happy when we see Ann. Ann has seen Violet since she was 9 weeks old and she is 13 years old.

Andrew, the store manager helped me find the best deal on a crate. He took the time to look at all the options in the store and helped me carry it into my car. He’s extremely kind and went above and beyond.

I haven't personally been in this particular store but I did frequent their grooming center in their Tacoma Mall store for 3 years. The staff was great! Amazed at how they had a coordinated response when a dog slipped it's lease inside the store. Doors were automatically locked to the outside & staff went on the hunt. Found the dog in the back by the food section. A happy & funny ending.

I am here a lot. They have dog costumes available now. Sales on catfood and I bought hamster food from here today to feed my wild squirrels. They are messy!!
