I am very pleased with my initial contact with A-1 Pest Control! I purchased a new home and knew it needed to be protected from pests. Nathan Cranfill and Stephen Smith came to my home at a time that was convenient to me, they performed a very thorough inspection inside and outside my home. They supported their quote with pictures of things I needed to get taken care of. They took the time to sit with me, explain all the details of their service, as well as answer all the questions I had about their services and products used, instead of rushing off to the next home. When it came down to money….I was blown away by how affordable their services are and comforted by knowing they will be out monthly. I highly recommend A-1Pest Control and look forward to meeting more of the A-1 team, as Nathan and Stephen were great to work with!

A-1 Pest has fantastic service and prices. They have quick response times in the office and out in the field. They are experienced, helpful and display a personal connection directly with me so I always feel like I am receiving personal service and not just one of many. They remember your name, spouses name and they remember the specifics of your property which is appreciated. They always call before arriving and they always arrive on time! I am very happy with this provider!!

I called around to many places that serviced my area looking for a fair price plan and that “feeling” that the company actually cared versus just wanting my money. A1 came highly recommended from others in the local area and they did not disappoint when I chose them for my pest control service. Not only were the plans very good price wise but I could tell they meant what they said. We had our first service call today with Bronson. My wife and I are very pleased at the level of detail and attention he gave to our brand new home inside and outside that we just finished building. Called A1 and the on call technician was very helpful and quick to get us an appointment. Our service technician Logan was a great help making sure we were taken care of. Jon at A-1 is so flexible and helpful and knowledgeable about all things pest control and about Beech Mountain that I can’t imagine using any other service. He does a great job on scheduled work and shows up quickly if something urgent comes up, working my place in between guests. He’s very professional.
And he’s also a really nice guy!

I have been with A-1 Pest control over the course of this past year and every time I need anything they are so kind and ready to help in any way. Logan was my technician and he was so communicative and extremely kind. Because I was not at home he made It a point to personally call me to keep me informed of the treatment plan and assure that all my concerns were addressed. Mitch is a very friendly, efficient, and professional service technician; he always calls before arriving and is on time. He is thorough in spraying and addresses any issues I have. He remembers areas that I previously asked he pay particular attention. I have little to no pest issues thanks to his service. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful in making appointments. I highly recommend them for pest control and radon mitigation (I use them for radon monitoring and radon mitigation equipment maintenance.

I have been using A-One for several years for a rental I have in Boone, NC. They are always accommodating to both my renters and me in their service scheduling. Greg is pleasant to deal with personally and on the phone. And, most importantly, I have never had trouble with pests!

Caleb is a professional and caring A1 Pest Control team member. He always called ahead of coming and also let us know when workers were coming. The team that encapsulated our basement area worked quickly from beginning of process to the end plus cleaned work areas every day.

The technician who came out was very professional and came right on schedule. I have multiple dogs and we have been having a tough year with fleas. He explained all my options and the different prices and what he could do in a way that was easily understandable. The technician was also very quick to let me know how long it would be before I could let my dogs out so they wouldn't get sick! I am very happy with the service I received and the technicians attitude and knowledge. He actually knew what he was using and what it would do. I will definitely use them again in the future and have already referred them to my family and friends.

Logan was, as always, fabulous. I felt he completely addressed my issues and even went above his call of duty. He is a most polite and kind man. Very happy with technician and service.

John, pest control agent, came out and did a very thorough job of inspecting the entire house and filling in every hole that he found where these nasty mice are coming in. He also examined the exterior of the house and installed bait stations. He was both extremely professional and very friendly and polite.

A-1 is by far the best pest control company I have worked with! Corey is our service provider, and he is super thorough and always addresses our concerns directly. Corey takes his job very seriously and provides all the different products/services we need to address the multiple pests we are trying to prevent out here in the country. He has helped us deal with hornets, eradicate bugs that followed us from our previous home, and prevent snakes from getting into our shed. All for a lower price than what I was paying before! Would highly recommend Corey and the A-1 team to anyone!

A-1 has provided exceptional service the entire time I have used them, approx 8 years. They are courteous, and observe their surroundings, even when it doesn’t pertain to pest control services. Bronson has been my tech for a while now. He notifies me prior to visit, and keeps me informed. I appreciate the added touches Bronson and A-1 gives.

Corey who works for A1 called before he came out to spray to confirm it was a good time to come. This was much appreciated; we made arrangements to be home and also to put our animals up. Corey is always friendly, discusses what treatment he is doing and also asks if we need anything in particular. In the past he assisted up with issues with mice and it corrected the problem. I have been a customer with A-1 since buying my home about seven years ago. Logan is the most recent technician I have had, and does a very thorough job with my quarterly service. He is the first technician to include notes after every service.

Corey always calls to let me know he is on the way and make sure what services I need at each visit. We had lots of marks from spiders all over our decks and after A1 service we no longer have a problem. They are very attentive to needs of the customer and offer to come back if you notice a problem where they have not treated.
