We've visited this family-run business twice, and both times we felt right at home. Our most recent visit ended in an unexpected purchase of a sectional, beautiful accent rug, and eye-popping cocktail table.

We were assisted by Stephanie, who was abundantly patient with us while we selected a detailed permutation of layout configuration, fabric, and accent pillow colors. It seemed like we had some level of interaction with every member of the staff that day, whether it was them offering us bottled water, or shuffling around furniture to aid
us in visually understanding how pieces might go together ... everyone was so accommodating and kind.

Stephanie easily spent three hours dedicated exclusively to our effort. We didn't expect this, yet she wasn't even fazed by it. After consummating our transaction, I realized some hours (or a day?) later that I had forgotten the coupon in our car so I e-mailed Stephanie with that coupon, and she happily applied it after the fact. We felt
like we were getting some real insider/royalty treatment. :)

Man do they have a lot of stuff. It is a 2-floor facility, and they have such a variety of furniture in a wide range of price points. I wish we weren't so laser focused on the sectional (Craftmaster!),
because I feel like there was so much more stuff to see; will have to make another trip I guess.

Anyways, back to the sectional, table, and rug ... they do offer delivery. They have a third-party service that they partner with, but if there are enough deliveries to your area, it's cost-effective
enough that they'll deliver the stuff themselves. That saves a couple of bucks for us too, I felt. We were so lucky to have the Blowing Rock
Furniture Gallery truck roll up in front of our house (much to the "whoa!" of our neighbor). I liked that for the accountability, and they were really nice fellas, Jacob and Russ (actually washed their
hands before assembling the furniture!).

TL;DR: Positive transaction through and through, cannot give them a more glowing review.

I needed to replace a sofa bed and decided to also replace a side chair. Both were nearly 40 years old. I was delighted with the furniture I ultimately bought. The real story was the stellar service I got, starting with Vicki, and her design expertise, and from George, the store manager. The delivery guys Robert and the warehouse manager (whose name I can't remember) were also knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful in getting me set up. I haven't found that to be true from larger warehouses, where there is often a disconnect between sales and delivery.

This family owned and operated furniture store is a real gem conveniently located on Hwy 321
in Blowing Rock. Rhonda and Bill were so wonderful to do business with. My husband and I needed some finishing furniture pieces and accessories to complete our summer home and we got exactly what we needed quickly and very affordably. Our salesman George was friendly, affable and extremely efficient in getting us what we wanted! We have owned multiple homes in multiple US cities and have never had a better buying experience! The prices are very competitive. I like the personal touch they offer. Their product lines offer enormous style selections including color and materials. Can't say enough about our sales rep Myra. Very patient and helpful. Great experience and will definitely be purchasing additional furniture as our new house build migrates to completion.

Less than 1 year ago we bought a electric recliner sofa from BRF. Right from the start of the sell we have had problems. Both motors failed and they finally sent a tec. To fix the problem. But just days latter we encountered the same issues plus more. For 5 months now we have ask for a new sofa or our money back with no response but they will contact the manufacturer. While holding a 5 year extended warranty bought from them the day of purchase. Communication has been a one way only street. Waiting, Waiting, Waiting no more.

My wife and I recently moved to the area and were fortunate enough to find the Blowing Rock Furniture Gallery. Lauren our sales representative was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, a real pleasure to work with. The selection was huge and the prices fair and the delivery charge was very reasonable. The young men delivering our furniture, Russ and Jacob, were friendly, courteous and very efficient. They were great!

I wanted to wait until our furniture was delivered to post a start to finish experience...

About 3 weeks ago we purchased some furniture from Blowing Rock Furniture Gallery. Upon arrival everyone that worked there was masked and so we're all the customers. They also had hand sanitizer available. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

Just now our furniture was delivered to our home by 2 very nice young men. Without me even having to ask them they both came to the door with masks on and delivered our furniture with masks on. Another 10 out of 10 experience.

I have aways been impressed with the fine selection of furniture and accessories at the store and the good service. Recently there was a problem with an order. The manufacturer missed a small detail in my choice of upholstery. When this was discovered, the store immediately called the factory and re-ordered my couch and left the other one in my home so that I would not have to do without a couch! The same friendly delivery team came to my door within a few weeks and switched out the couch.

We had an excellent experience with the Gallery and with Cathy helping us. She was extremely informative, and the group worked well with us to find exactly what we were looking for and arranging the order to be delivered in months from now to meet our needs. The visit was relaxing and fun!

We needed a piece of furniture to match existing and to fill in one spot in our den. Not having one in stock, they gladly ordered one for us. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, ordering a piece that was delivered in less than a week. Excellent service, prompt and courteous delivery. Very good experience.

We purchased a comfy couch and reclining chair from Stephanie at Blowing Rock furniture gallery last month. It was a pleasure from start to finish. The delivery guys were also great. Neat and clean and respectful.

Rhonda was (and still is!) a pleasure to work with and absolutely invaluable in helping me redecorate our new mountain condo in the style I had envisioned. And with just one visit to her beautiful store, we were able to accomplish this from 650 miles away! Every piece of furniture we purchased was top quality and reasonably priced, from the sofa to the accent tables to the mattress, and Rhonda pulled it all together for us. There is no need to go to any other furniture store! Once our second home is completely redone, I will still stop by to say Hello and Thanks!

When we moved to the High Country a year ago, a neighbor recommended we go to Blowing Rock Furniture Gallery for the guest bedroom furniture we needed, rather than drive all the way to Hickory to visit the outlet stores. With BRFG's price match policy, that was GREAT advice! The folks at BRFG were very helpful and patient, and helped us combine pieces from different collections for the unique look we were looking for. We've gotten so many complements on it!

We went back last week to buy a piece for our living room. We had multiple criteria for the piece, which made things challenging. After looking at several pieces they had that were ALMOST what we needed (each one meeting some - but not all - of our requirements), they made some phone calls and located exactly what we were looking for. The piece is now on order, and we're on our way to completing the warm friendly feel for our living room that we hoped to achieve.

Both times we were there we were able to take our time to look around and try out the furniture without feeling like we were being stalked. The sales folks are helpful without hovering, and exhibited a friendliness that made us feel like neighbors. Both times they really listened when we described what we wanted the rooms to look like, offering helpful suggestions and doing research. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered sectional sofa, Stephanie was a great help and the sofa is absolutely gorgeous. It is exactly what I wanted. The 5 stars are for the delivery team. They were professional, arrived early, courteous, moved in the sofa, took off wrapping, explained how to lock pieces together and moved the sofa until it was perfect!! They were a huge plus to the gallery.

The staff at Furniture Gallery was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was fast and the guys were great to work with. Matched prices on the internet and they were still the least expensive. Great place to buy furniture.

While planning my visit to my home in Blowing Rock, I knew I would need a powered recliner (chair) for sleeping. Not only did Rhonda and her staff research and send me pictures of suitable chairs, they had it ready and DELIVERED IT TO MY HOUSE ON SATURDAY EVENING!!! We bought a sectional from BR Furniture right around Thanksgiving. Their customer service is second to none. Stephanie rocks! I am sure she cringed every time we walked through the door, since we seemed to arrive right before closing and waffled on couch selections, fabric, etc.. She, however, could not have been more helpful and professional. (She even had the company send us a swatch of the couch and pillow material/fabric we bought to help us shop for accessories.) We shopped for quite awhile in Charlotte, Hickory, online, etc.., but ultimately found the sectional sofa we needed just a couple of miles from our house. Courteous, professional and helpful delivery team, too.

Delighted. Love New Owner and his wife! Beautiful selection. Love our new furniture and will be back soon for a Loveseat!
