I've come here for years and I have always had a great experience. If I ever need help looking for something or need information on a product Ms.Lee is fantastic help. Always enjoy seeing her. amazing person and ed was also amazing help when it came to solving my computer problem. I will continue to come here for many years

Had to take a laptop in because of unknown problems. Very helpful tech support. Had to leave and was texted that it was ready the next day. Seems to be working correctly, and I appreciate the immediate repair.

Cell plans and phone for my Dad @ 93 were easy and almost painless. Great service!

What can I say… It’s Best Buy. Their busy becsuse their competitively cheap and if you’re like me and want to actually see, feel & touch & use $500+++ electronics than this is your one stop shop! They match any prices and I’ve never paid more than other online giants. But I can take my item back to the store myself and/or exchange it for something else very simply and easily within 14 days without the risk of being hacked online. I have too many people to try to order a big TVs from online stores and they just deal with frustration of sending them back because they’re cracked all the time.
FYI, I’ve purchased online without here without any problems and they offer curbside pickup. I’ve had hacking problems with a huge company that starts with an A🤔.

Staff helped me find everything I asked for.

The place to go when you need expert advice on anything electronics related. Very nice employees eager to answer your questions and provide insight into your decision making process. I like how this Best Buy is set up, which makes it easy to find everything. The TV's are in to the right, computers in the back. One of my favorite places to go, where I can physically pick up and examine a product before I buy it.

I ordered online, stuff was ready by the time I got there. Clean store, nice staff.

My boyfriend and I spent 3 hours looking at and pondering printer and laptop choices for him. Richard, the highly knowledgeable young man who works mainly in the computer / laptop section, patiently helped us figure it all out. We had a million questions and he proficiently answered every single one effectively. His sweet, intelligent and laid back manner suited our temperaments and we really enjoyed his astute assistance. We just learned that Best Buy employees don’t get commission. That’s too bad, because Richard deserved it!

I have to say that I was not looking forward to replacing a very old phone, but it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

Emily was quick to help guide me to the best phone, plan, and carrier based on what she asked was most important to me.

I should have come in earlier as she is a tenured veteran.

I can't imagine the experience going better and I'm very thankful for the assistance.

Just spent 1800.00 on a camera Nikon d5600 which turned out to be amazing and a go pro and a Apple tablet and everything we purchased was perfect and amazing! Love coming here and supporting Best Buy rather then support Walmart ! The security at the doors were very friendly . Place is very expensive. They have an excellent range for movies by the way!
