Rented with SROA for the first time, Chrissie made it easy and was really helpful with choosing the size of the unit I needed. She showed me my options and was very thorough! Would highly recommend!

There are plenty of storage units available to the public but SROA have such a clean. well cared for facility and the personnel so helpful that to go anywhere else would be cheating yourself from enjoying the best.

I have never had a storage rental and Serenity at the Irmo location was excellent. She was very informative and friendly and made my experience so smooth.

The 2 gals at the front desk were super helpful and wonderful! They are authentic, kind and a breath of fresh air!

Great people ! We moved from one Arkansas a year shoe and had no problems when we arrived. Then again this week we moved to another unit which saved us money. Thanks. The storage units are wonderful and secure. Everything is well taken care of and safe.

The young lady who helped me this morning was really helpful. She took me on a tour of the facility, showed me the unit I would be renting, and the best way to get to it from outside. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

My husband and I are looking forward to moving our storage items into SROA. I spoke with Kim yesterday to get set up and she was FABULOUS! We've super disappointed with our current rental and due to a massive flux of newcomers to SC, it became impossible to move our unit. Until now. Great Customer Service, phenomenal rates, ease of use, what more do you need? We're ecstatic to do business with these folks, and you will be too!

Have had our units for about 2 years now. Very nice temperature controlled facility. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend them.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. Assistant was also friendly and helpful, and showed me a unit at second location. Both locations were were clean and well maintained.

The best service I’ve ever had

I have moved several times and used several storage places. Stow-Away Storage is by far the best! The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly, a real "people person". The unit I rented was clean. Very importantly, I always feel safe there, day or night. I will always use Stow-Away for my storage needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I have used Stow-Away for almost a year and it has been a great experience. GM Jessica has been so friendly and accomodating with date changes and sizes of storage needs. The facility is clean, modern, has AC inside, and is very secure. Jessica is the best and I highly recommend Stow-Away.

A clean and well kept facility in Ballentine. Lots of lighting and cameras so I feel like my stuff is secure. The staff seems to do a good job of making sure everything is taken care of and neat so you don't feel like you're riding into a third world country when you go to visit your unit like you do at some other facilities.

The move in process was easy and the lady at the desk was personable and professional.
