A little far away (both locations), but customer service was nice. They offer delivery for $6. The delivery driver was very nice (an old man). I gave him a tip. Great communication, but I wish they picked up the phone when you called; almost every occasion, you leave a voicemail and somebody will call you back.

Such very nice humans that are tremendous help! At the pharmacy and beyond. They really are God sent! Good Samaritans that are Angel Rx financial helpers that pay for prescriptions because I couldn't is such a blessing.

Holly went out of her way to help me with my prescription, contacting my doctor for me and getting it filled the same day! And their prices are great! Everyone is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Happy to have found them! Excellent is how I would describe my experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only pharmacy you should go to. The nicest people, they actually appear to enjoy their jobs instead of the miserable and broken Pharmacists/Techs at the other big name pharmacy’s. Cheapest prices without needing to finagle with a GoodRX coupon etc.

The most important thing; it doesn’t matter what medication you are picking up, they treat you like you’ve been a longtime customer. It’s what pharmacy’s should all strive to be. Most will think I’m being dramatic, but once you go you will understand why they have 5 stars. Appreciate all the wonderful staff at NextGen broken arrow! :)

I've had to go to pharmacies for a mandatory Monthly prescription for over 30 years now and this is the first Pharmacy that I have never had a single annoying issue with. They're extremely fast even when they're busy and they're always personable and eager to help. My 4-year-old would like to add that the free suckers by the register are a nice touch for repeat business

What a nice surprise it was to have such a professional and friendly associate to hello me with my prescription. One of my medications has been impossible to get for over 30 days because of a shortage that lasted quite a lot longer than years before. The pharmacy I use normally had me convinced no one had any and if I called around to ask that would be "drug seeking behavior" so I took a chance and just called one place,. NextGenRx/Broken Arrow and to my amazement the young lady advised me that they would have some in the next day and asked me to call back to make sure and she took my name to make sure they knew I had called before. I can tell you that if they billed insurance companies I would take every bit of my very very expensive diabetes medications to be filled there! They went above and beyond to make sure I got my medicines and called me even though they were closing in 15 minutes to let me know I could pick them up right away, she quoted me a price that was better than the other places I have used in the past, and most of all I was treated like my business was appreciated and I was not treated like I was a"drug seeker" ! Thank you so much Micki and NextGenRx for the amazing customer service and the reminder that some businesses do care about treatment of people!!! It has been a long time since I've had such a positive experience!

By far the best pharmacy I have ever been too. There are advantages to going to a pharmacy that is NOT part of a large chain where volume seems to be the number one priority over customer service. One time when they did not have my medication they called around and found 2 other pharmacies that did. And everyone is very very nice. Now almost a year since I first went to NextGenRx and they are still by far the best pharmacy I have been to. Everyone there is genuinely nice and very helpfull.
