I would recommend Jeremy to help with any Cricket issues. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding!! After purchasing a phone from Cricket and having it no more than five days, he helped return the phone with no issues. I explained that I didn't like the phone and wanted to upgrade since I wanted something better. He throughly explained my insurance plan and what options I had in regards to upgrading. I felt he was very knowledgeable and experienced. I will continue to be a Cricket customer due to Jeremy!!

Went in today for a new phone. David was amazing and very helpful and quick. After i arrived he has 3 others walk in. He greeted everyone while still activating my new phone. He's a great employee i can tell.

I was very impressed with shawana she is the manager at this location her customer service is on spot this girl went above and beyond she was very patient and took the time to help me with my Cricket app and fixed it for me and she took care of another person's my Cricket app all at the same time she is keeper for sure!

This cricket wireless has the most helpful staff ever. and Casey is really good at showing you how to work on your phone really good. Highly recommend that anyone that needs anything come to this location and they will take care of you.

My husband and I were having issues with our phones, I have an I-Phone 7 and David has a Stylo something!
We have learned that the Cricket store at 101st and Elm Pl in Broken Arrow OK not only gives excellent service, they actually GIVE service, which very unfortunately,- is not the case with most Cricket Stores. We are elderly people and honestly don’t remember well the information Cricket shares with us. Because of this situation we visit Cricket about once a month. My husband’s phone is not a good one! My I-Phone is a 7. Very realistically, we have been to most every Cricket store in south East Tulsa and all of Broken Arrow. We kept searching to find a person that knew how to adjust or fix our phones! There’s not an abundance of courteous, knowledgeable Cricket employees!!!Please let me tell you, that was not an easy task to find someone who fills that description. Then one afternoon a few months ago, we went into the store on 101st St. and Elm Pl in Broken Arrow! Hallelujah! We met a young man whose name is Casey! Enter into this situation, an intelligent person that seems to know everything concerning cell phones!!! Now, if we need any help with our phones, we go to this store in the afternoon because we know Casey is almost always there at that time. He has never had to ask another employee any question. He always knows how to quickly educate us in the most polite way how we are doing something incorrect and causing our own problems! Casey is amazing. He is so kind (yes, that’s a different trait for someone in his position!). He appears to love his job! Another great but scarce trait. So many other Cell Carriers at this time are offering terrific deals! Not Cricket, even for long time loyal customers. If Casey were to leave Cricket, we would leave and go to another carrier , simply because there is no one else we can find to address our questions with answers and suggestions. Please understand, we do not know this outstanding young man. We just believe his qualities and expertise need to be recognized. I have no idea what Casey’s title is, perhaps Sales Representative, but I sincerely think he is managerial material. He has an awesome attitude! (Trait!). The other employees in this store turn to him if they need any questions answered. There is respect for him from his peers. Another trait!!! I would encourage you as a Manager or Owner for the Headquarters of this company, to recognize the contribution Casey is making and the value he is for your store. When you have a managerial position available, I strongly recommend you consider this young man to fill the vacancy. I believe he would continue to be a positive asset to you. You should take care not to let him get away! I appreciate you taking the time to read my views.
