Our family has been using Elgin Family Dental office for 4 years. We are so happy with the entire experience. When we were deciding on an office in the area they hit all our qualifiers. The office staff is knowledgeable, professional, wonderful at explaining and great with follow through. The care staff is just as good. Our favorite Hygienist retired but because we were with her for a while. All the hygienist have great repore. They do very well with our son too. As far as the Dr. he is really wonderful with great "bedside" manner for all 3 of us and the dental work is great. We have been so happy and refer friends all the time to the office. The service is so what every kind of office/Dr. experience should be.
Years later and the quality is still the same here. We absolutely appreciate Elgin Family dental.

I believe I've been going to Elgin Family Dental for about 15 years. I always ask for their first appointment of the day as I know medical offices can get behind throughout the day. I'm always seen on time. They' are professional, proficient and friendly.

Always a great experience. I’ve been a patient since the early 80’s. It’s more like family.

I am a new patient now and am very happy with my choice of this practice. New xrays and a cleaning went very well. In all honesty, I may never have had a better cleaning. Honest, skilled and conservative is how I will describe Dr. Herring and his staff. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. As it was my first time there, I wasn't sure what to expect, as it is a "dentist" office. I was pleasantly surprised. My experience continued to be a positive one, as the dental hygienest talked me through step by step what she was doing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist.

Great experience at the Elgin Family Dental. I had tooth pain for several days and was unable to determine exactly which tooth was causing the problem. I went to see Dr. Herring. After a short but thorough examination Dr. Herring was able to identify the problem tooth and develop a plan. All the office staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. Dr. Herring is very knowledgeable, professional with a great attitude.

First, I noticed how nice their building and offices are. The exam chairs faces the window so instead of staring at a wall. So you are looking at trees and flowers and nature. The hygienist was friendly and did an excellent job cleaning. She has some helpful tips. The dentist, Dr. Scott Herring was also nice and professional. The receptionist and front desk was also friendly. I am glad I decided to come here for me and my family’s dental needs. I highly recommend. Thank you!

I have only ever had GREAT experiences here! I have been going there for years and Dr. Scott Herring and his father run a great practice. All of the receptionist, and the hygienists are nice professional and very helpful, especially in the crazy covid times that we are currently living in. I live in the Austin/Pflugerville area, but find myself driving to Elgin just because I love going to this practice and don't think ill find another like it in the bigger city area. 100% recommend!

Clean friendly and thorough. Friendly staff. I got the same seat as six months ago, nice view. No high pitch sales effort. Cleaned my teeth, set my next appointment and left. Perfect.

Each visit I am greeted with smiles and treated with the utmost respect by all I encounter. I have never been disappointed and I am involved in every aspect of my dental care. Today it was my pleasure to meet Rachel, my hygienist for today and she was amazing... of course I expected nothing less. I had such a great experience with this office yesterday. My hygienist, Allison, was so friendly and made my cleaning an easy process! My dentist, Dr. Carl was so nice and explained any question I had. Such a wonderful place, I am glad I found my new dentistry home! Thank you!

My first visit was today. The offices are very nice. All of the staff I came in contact with were great. Very professional. I was very happy and would recommend to everyone. Dr. Scott Herring was very professional and caring.

Ok I went for my second visit and was extremely nervous about having an extraction. They were awesome. I didn't realize he had pulled my tooth when he did. I will be going back and, my husband will be as well. Thank you to all your staff.
