I had the very best experience at this store and especially with Eliza (I think that’s how to spell her name?). She helped me so expertly and without any hint of pushiness, which I appreciate so much. I feel so confident in my purchase and love my new ring! Eliza is fantastic!

Iris was very helpful and patient with my boyfriend and I! She was very helpful with explaining Kay’s protection plans, as well as when Kay usually has special sales. She took the time to show us a variety of shapes and designs of engagement rings and bands, and didn’t mind when my boyfriend and I would take pictures. Thank you, Iris!! The other employees were also very welcoming, and we appreciate the manager of the store checking in with us to make sure we were being taken care of. :)

Christine is wonderful, She takes care of me and my wife. I would drive 50 miles just to experience the best customer service and her friendly attitude.

Just stopped in to grab my fiancé’s wedding band and Haylee was so helpful! Her knowledge on metals helped us pick the perfect ring and size for my fiancé who works a lot with his hands. She’s so sweet and gave us a hassle free experience. Totally unlike the other jewelers here at the mall that were super pushy.

10/10 go to Haylee!

I went into the store today, just on a random on the way to an appointment. The customer service I received from the young lady who helped me was so wonderful. Very friendly And very knowledgeful of the items. I couldn’t have been any more happy with the service I received. It’s hard to find people like this these days, but I was lucky to have one help me today.

I returned a ring that I purchased in a different Kay Jewelry store. My daughter was with me and we decided to shop rather than take a refund. Bethany and Jason were great as my daughter and I browsed and tried different things on. We were thrilled with the items we ultimately purchased. Thank you, Kay Jewelers. We'll be back!

I rarely write reviews but I have to say that Kristin was AMAZING! She provided us with a very personal experience and was very helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me find the perfect ring! This store has a great selection of rings at fair prices compared to other jewelers. Definitely stop by here for your next jewelry purchase.

Sheila is the best ever! She’s so sweet and kind, always helps me when I have a question or need something in particular. Today I called needing a back to my earring and she told me to come on in and she will help me find one!! I love her!

This place is amazing. My salesperson’s name is Mary and she is very helpful and understanding. Me and my boyfriend were looking around for a promise ring for me and we had found it here. Mary approached us the moment we entered and asked if we needed help looking for a certain jewelry, we kindly said that we were just looking around. A few minutes passes by and I see potiental promise rings that I liked and Mary comes again to us and asks us if I would like to try on rings. Immediately, she was interested in my ideal design and budget. With my given answers, she gave me many options to choose from that were my style and in budget. Mary went above and beyond; I loved how she didn’t pressure us into buying the most expensive thing. She listened and she pulled out more rings that weren’t even out on the display sections. I loved her customer service. She is excellent and she made my experience here very good. I would like for my potiental fiancé to return in the future for my engagement ring.
