Susan is an excellent resource for RE in the area. I have had five properties where Reside RE was involved. Susan gives you many options and gets to know your preferences well. She spends more time (and patience) w/ you than any agent I have ever worked with. Once she handles your property choice she gets dirty into the details. Crosses her T’s and dots her I’s for you. The work can be involved but she makes it so much easier. I never worry about anything with her in charge.

I have been buying, remodeling and reselling properties for several years. I am loyal by nature, but I continued with my previous realtor well beyond the point that I should have stepped up to a seasoned professional like Susan.
Though Susan is incredible in all areas of her profession, the areas that are most critical to my business is contracts and contract negotiations. There isn't room in this review to document the many ways that Susan protected my interests and made contacts so tight that there was little room for buyers to walk away without significant losses.
This skill is vital to my business, because it dramatically reduces "emotional purchasers." Emotional purchasers love the properties, and can truly invision themselves living there, so they put them under contract quickly. However, they may not have the funding or income to truelly afford the properties, so they often get cold feet and walk away well after the more appropriate buyers move on. Susan virtually eliminates this well-meaning, but costly occurrence by making certain that only serious buyers enter into agreements for the properties I'm selling.
This isn't just a valuable skill to business owners.
Susan just sold our family's home, too. It's a tough market, presently. It requires a seasoned professional to navigate it effectively.
I can honestly say that the selling of our family's home with Susan was- by a sizable margin- the best and most seamless real estate experience I've had to date.
