I have been with Charleston Home Rentals for more than a year now and have had the best experience of any property management company ever. They bring the most qualified tenants and conduct business in a timely manner every month.
I never have to worry what condition my property is in, because repairs and maintenance are performed as needed the first time. The tenants remain satisfied and continue to renew. I can not say enough positive statements about this company.

We have been living in the house now for 4 months and have had an amazing experience with Charleston Home Rentals, LLC. A few things started out needing replaced in the house and they made it very easy for me to be reimbursed for the part bought. They make it very easy to pay rent online email to remind you to pay rent. They communicate very well and appreciate their renters with random acts of kindness!

Delivers on Every Promise. Outstanding experience. It should be noted that we live out of town and were able to sell our house after 5 years of renters and property management with only a visit from a maid service. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. I never had to get on a plane to "fix the place up." I just ordered a good deep clean and our house sold in 1 day with no issues. Also they made some really intelligent business choices with lease terms, lengths, etc. They had our house under lease for the entire period of 5 years. I think we may have had to make two mortgage payments that entire time as people moved out and new renters moved in. We had a preset maintenance limit with them and they would just fix the minor issues and we would get a report. Totally stress free way to own a property and live far away.

I’m so happy to come across Charleston Home Rentals. Not only do I love the house I recently moved into but the kindness and knowledge these realtors have is amazing. I was lucky to have Brittany Sweeney(who’s absolutely the sweetest). She was very patience with me as I came across some difficulties, but she still kept reaching out and helping me find ways to make me get the house I wanted. My experience with Charleston Home Rentals has been seamless so far! Everyone I have talked with there has been very helpful, friendly, and prompt - I have had no trouble getting in contact with them and always receive a quick response! They found quality tenants for my rental property in less than a month and kept me updated on all the showings, marketing, etc. along the way. Looking forward to continue working with them!

Our air conditioning went out last month and I placed a maintenance request online and within minutes I received an email and a text and then a phone call letting me know that they contacted Charleston Heating and Air and that they would be calling me shortly (and to call them back if I didn't hear anything within an hour). About 10 minutes later I received a call from Charleston Heating and Air letting me know they would be out to take a look. It was evaluated that day and taken care of immediately. A follow up call from Charleston Home Rentals was made that same evening checking on the situation and confirming what needed to be done to get it fixed (it was more than just a simple unfreeze or recharge). A day later everything was taken care of !!

We have been using Charleston home rentals for about 9 years now. They have done a fantastic job for us, as far as keeping our unit rented and handling any issues that may have risen. We have such a piece of mind knowing what a great job they provide us especially being out of state owners of our property. Now that we have relocated to the Charleston area we still continue to use them as our property management company. They have proved to us to be an exceptional company with exceptional employees and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were planning a move to the Charleston area with very limited availability to actually make it to Charleston to look at houses. They were very communicative and helpful during this process and let us know everything that needed to be done. The move-in experience was so easy, the house was very clean, and everything is exactly as they had advertised. My first work order was answered within minutes. The website portal is very clean, user-friendly, and efficient. We have only been renting through them for a short period of time, but every single aspect of this process has been great so far.

Employees are very responsive to requests from me and my tenant. I never have to worry about anything.

I live in Michigan and own a condo on James Island. I rent it out full time and needed a managent company. I have been extremely pleased with the service from Charleston Home Rentals. They properly screened the tenants. Their prices are fair. Their attention to detail is excellent. For example, the air conditioner broke in July. Matt handled the whole transaction for me and the condo air was fixed that day. I came down to Charleston to check on the place. Matt met with me and when we checked the property, everything was as it should be. I would most definitely recommend their service.

My husband and I moved from texas. We were so lucky to find and live in property of Charleston Home Rental. The location is close to everything. Nice view, beautiful house. The Office staffs are so nice and professional. The maintenance staffs are quick and very helpful. We love Charleston Home Rental. I highly recommended to family and friends.

I have had a great experience with Charleston Home Rentals. I live 5 hours away from my rental property, and they have made that less stressful. For example, a few weeks ago the air conditioning broke, and they had it fixed for my tenant by the end of the day! She was very impressed, as was I.

This has been a great experience. Charleston Home Rentals has been so amazing throughout this entire experience. With every question we asked (and there were a lot) they have explained everything to make us feel right at home including an amazing little gift bag on the day we moved is. I have been very happy with the home that I found and the communication both during lease process and move-in. I even had one small maintenance issue that was fixed immediately . I did not enjoy all of the fees- admin etc, but who does! Would recommend

When you put in a maintenance request form which is extremely easy to do, it is dealt with promptly. I was kept informed of every step being taken to resolve my maintenance request. It was as if I was of the most important issue they had.
I have put in several maintenance request over my time as a tenant of this company. Every single one was dealt with in an extremely timely matter. Best company I've ever rented from. I hope to continue renting from this company for years to come.
