I live in The Crossings at Oak Brook and when it froze all the empty apartments pipes busted and I got all the water, these guys came out and worked on our buildings pipes for days, they are a great group of guys they worked diligently until way after midnight they are friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Very professional

Mike with Phoenix Plumbing is amazing. Even Roto Rooter and American Leak Detection could not locate several underground leaks at the apartment complex we manage. Had James out to fix an issue with a back flow. James stayed until 2 AM and dug the hole in the rain to fix the issue. I had XYZ Plumbing out 3 time and they never found the problem. If fact they augured from the toilet to the back flow / clean out and ripped a hole in the pipe and tore the back flow valve off. His overtime hourly rate was lower than XYZ Plumbing regular rate. James did a great job.

I would highly recommend this company. They did a top notch job and I had been using his Dad for years. Very trustworthy!
