Big Lots

I was looking for patio furniture and they only had the display of the one that I wanted. The supervisor/manager was nice enough to give me 15 percent off. The customer service was great, these days, that is hard to find. I will return.

My shopping experience was fine this was my first trip to this location they were in the middle of restocking and things were a bit out of order but the staff were very helpful in finding the dog treats I was looking for just went to the back and brought a box out for me . the cashier was very polite .5 stars all the way

I want to give a shout out to the manager, Elijah. I had a return in regard to my son's new chair breaking and Elijah went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. This manager truly knows about listening, working out an issue, caring about the customer needs, and having respect for others. Elijah was very kind and very professional. I truly appreciated all the help that Elijah gave me.

Generally find what I'm looking for at an excellent price

Big Lots is also my go to place when I need something different or can't find what I am looking for at other stores. Sometimes the price is lower than than other stores. I'm never disappointed when I go to Big Lots. Sometimes I find things that are unique.

I stopped in for an emergency snack and drink, and the prices are so low it blew my mind! I got a bottle of ginger ale for 89 cents! And the woman checking me out was so polite and nice. Ill definitely be going back

It's the first week of September so right now they don't have many seasonal items. Nice Autumn decorations but too expensive for me. Clean and organized. It's Christmas Eve. They have lots of food deals. Super nice associates that make sure you are getting the best deals with no hassle.

Love big lots. I was searching for a dog harness. Went to 3 different places around town just looking for a cute design but also didn't want to spend a ton. Big lots had the cutest designs AND best prices. I paid $7 for a very nice one! I can't wait to go back.

I like shopping here. Good variety of furniture, outdoor goods and decor. Food products, toiletries and drinks and more. Clean store with friendly staff, especially Mary, whose been with BL for 20 years! I also appreciate their Military discount. Thank you!

This is under my husbands name but I wanted to say that during Christmas shopping and check out the man that was very tall, thin, dark hair, made a huge impact on our Christmas. HUGE. Such a kind heart. Compassionate. Great service. Happy people. I walked out of there with a smile for sure. Thank you all. I will def be back!!!!!

Big Lots always have the perfect patio pairings AND Ridiculously low prices!!!!!🥰 I'm so Ecstatic that I found some patio and/or porch 'Decorative Trees' (in planters) for far LESS than I've been able to find them Anywhere....BOTH In-store and/or Online. Since I was only pricing what I needed to complete my backyard 'Oasis', I didn't buy anything, but will DEFINITELY go back to purchase the Trees & other 'Summer Frills'!!🙋🏽‍♀💜

One of my favorite places to shop for furniture. They have the best Managers. Tim is a great man to do business with and he's very kind, going over and above to let you know he's available if you have any questions.

My advice; don't go to the Memorial location. Just being very honest and truthful. Good business ethic and decency means a great deal to me.

I really like Big Lots! Nice place to shop can always get in and out with not much waiting. I've also bought a bed and a recliner from here and I ordered one of them online. During the Pandemic 2020. Love my bed and my husband loves his recliner!

Big Lots always has something to surprise the shopper. Things that you never even knew existed or that you needed until finding it on their display shelves for a buck twenty nine.

Don't think that you will leave this place with all the money you had coming in because you will find some great deals.. Just remember this isn't Macy's so don't expect the same quality products for these low-ball prices and you'll not be disappointed.

They didn't have the sectional we wanted but Josh was super nice and called around to find one for us and had them reserve it until we got there.Thanks Josh! You're cool!

I bought a chair and was able to get it through their 3rd party leasing company to make payments until its paid for. No credit and i was approved easily. They loaded it into my car and were very friendly and helped me theough the whole process! I am impressed with how much good quality furniture they have and for a great price.
