I've always had great customer service when I go here. I do wish they had a Coweta location.

I've been banking at this location for 10 years, the ladies are always friendly and work quickly to get the customers through the line. They're the quickest in the Tulsa area. If you want good customer service and to be treated well then please reflect that in how you treat the tellers.

Love this location! So convenient to have a local branch for a nationwide company. The staff is friendly and helpful. Well-maintained, clean, and well lit location. There is very easy access and ample parking.

Worthless excuse for a bank if you don’t have a account with them even though my customer that is paying for services has a account with them they don’t want to or even care to help me also they wouldn’t cash a check because it was made out to my company which I am the owner and had plenty of documents to show that so I had to deposit the bad check back into my bank and take a chance of it not going thru again and then I have to pay for another bad check few on the same bad check I am almost to a point of refusing to accept any check that is from Bank of America

The staff is always friendly and professional. My transactions have always been done quickly and accurately. Never had an issue.
