Upon learning what the gentleman I was helping truly needed, I was recommended to go see Derrick at Metro from an employee at another phone store. We waited until the next day to go see him and we were not disappointed. Derrick was extremely patient and thorough, exploring options of services and phones with my friend. He gave him a great deal!

If you're looking at getting a new phone or phone service, I highly recommend you go see Derrick. He even gave me more help and information about my own phone, purchased at a different Metro location, than I'd received when purchased 2 weeks prior! Nice guy, knowledgeable and a great smile, too. Veronica was excellent with her knowledge of the products. Even better was her customer service skills. She handled multiple customers at the same time while activating our new phones. Multitasking with a smile on her face was great to watch. Thanks for the great experience

I chose this location honestly based on reading the reviews between the two Broken Arrow stores. This location had much better reviews. I couldn't agree more, the gentleman was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and in store specials and service plans. I felt like I got an amazing deal, more than I figured would be offered. Very impressed, I highly recommend this location. It will be my "go to" store from now on.

I just recently went to Metro PCS in Broken Arrow to switch over because this plan is less expensive than T Mobile. Erin is very nice, personable, and knowledgeable! She was a tremendous help with getting pictures and everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone! In fact, Erin had helped me again tonight with getting the rest of my pictures transferred to my new phone. If anyone is looking to transfer over to Metro PCS, I would highly recommend you go see Erin at the Broken Arrow location! Erin is there every day except for Sunday. I'm sure the other employees are helpful too; however, Erin just happened to be the employee whom had assisted me when I went in for the first time this past Saturday.😀🌙

3/11/23 I got my phone online when it was delivered I tried several times to to activate it online with no luck today I decided to visit this store with the phone I explained my problem to Derrick and he check my phones serial number online he got the same results as me so he contacted customer care and got the problem resolved my phone is up and working .great service

Darrick purchased the Nokia x 100 June 19th . I having issues with the phone. I work at home and now missed 3 days of work cause my job has MFA verication prosses cause they go hack few weeks ago . What happens my job has a account think the 365 with mircosolft when Iam trying to receive the approval or denial or code to continue my phone wants be to add a account with micosolft my job allready has a account with microsolft , so I returning the cell phone today and get a samsung as the tech team advise me too and my supervisor Tech person advise the nokia has issues in receiving messenges threw the MFA . Also issues in the messinging at times I absoluty have to have a phone or I can not work and lose my job . I have to have cell phone that will send me a text message to my phone in order to work for alorio been with them 14 yr and my superviser and the tech person for alloria even rest the mfa in my phone after i did a factory restore sill issues spent over 8 hr and 5 of my knowlegeable friends help me for 3 hr also and now i lost 3 days or work money over this cell phone even called tech of 611 tryed to help me als the chat tryed to help the chat agree retutn to derrick and get a samsumg like my job tech remended so can get back to work I on my way this afternoon to rtn cell and get a samsung that will work for my job fot the MFA process. Derrick was very help when purchased my cell .I am sure he accomadate me on my issue today

I'd say Metro offers the best month-to-month service available. They have good deals for new customers and all the top devices. They even have a way for a new customer to pay for the latest devices over a period of several months, provided the customer has a bank account.
