Rusty Raven Studio

We are visiting our grandparents in Kent from Bend, OR. We had breakfast at the Wild Wheat Bakery and Cafe, parked in front of the store, and from the window we could all see so many things we wanted to check out. Unfortunately, they were closed today. When we came back to the car, my husband saw the owner inside who asked if he wanted to come in and look around. The owner opened the store for us and was so friendly and personable. The shop has so many adorable, handmade, local crafts, cards, stickers and more. Almost everything I picked out was made by someone in their family. My husband and I both went back to the register for more things we couldn’t live without. Love the store! Their family is multi talented and I can’t wait to gift the items I bought and tell the story of the store. We will be back!

Love this local shop in Old Town Kent. Amazing variety of stickers and small gifts, as well as paintings, knit work, vintage goodies, and more. I stop in 4-5 times a year to get gifts for holidays, birthdays, and grads.

Melinda and Cam are the nicest family-centered and welcoming owners you can imagine. We’ve been stopping by for several years. Today I picked up these, including this soft-cotton hand knit Amish/Waldorf doll for $15!

This is a cute little local shop, full of handmade arts and crafts. They have everything from original oil paintings to stickers to candles to a little corner of vintage clothes. This isn’t a stuffy, formal, art-gallery type shop. It feels more like a place where people are selling their fun, creative hobby pieces for other people to enjoy. I found a bunch of cute little stickers and cool decorations The person behind the desk was very friendly and I was impressed that she knew exactly which artists made everything I’d picked up to buy.

This is one of my favorite stores in Kent! It is the first place I visit when I'm looking for a unique gift for friends or family, they always have something new! I usually end up getting something for myself too :) Everything sold in the store are from local artisans, and the quality is amazing. The shop owner is really sweet and always chit-chats with me when I come in. My only complaint is that I wish they were open more often - but hey, if I ever owned a business like this, I too would only be open hours that worked for me and my family! Anyway, if you haven't been to the Rusty Raven, you're in for a real treat!

With 65 artists being represented and having items to buy from, I am in love with this place. Lots of unique gift ideas for the holidays, but I found myself wanting to buy more for myself!
I think Cam enjoys having working relationships with these artists and truly cares about them and is also actually interested in their work. I believe this makes for a unique experience shopping here! Go check them out :)

The Rusty Raven is a beautiful consignment shop. They have an excellent array of handmade, local art. The owner is an artist as well, he makes beautiful wooden toys. He has these cute little cameras that seem to be a hit with the kids! Many of the displays in the shop were actually made by the owner! He upcycled old pallets (I think) and turned them into wonderful handmade displays. I love that handmade art is displayed on handmade art! They also have beautiful artworks of all sorts of mediums, home decor (I bought a beautiful wood pumpkin wall hanging from artist Indian Moon), bags, jewelry and vintage. Highly recommend checking out this awesome shop in the heart of Historic Downtown Kent

Rusty Raven is a beautiful gallery and shop with incredible artwork and unique finds. It is a great place to find a special gift or cool things for your home. The owner Melinda is wonderful.

Love this store! Small business, local and soooo many fun things! Go there for all my birthday and holiday needs. Highly recommend this store. Still the best place for occasions. So unique.

They've got a wide variety of fun, inexpensive art -- including psychedelic portraits of chickens -- and it's all locally made. Also, they host a free art project for kids once a month which my son enjoys immensely.

An amazing selection of local artists work: jewelry, stickers, cards, prints, stained glass, baby goods, home goods, ART! Too much to list...Great for picking up gifts!

Super cool mixed media art here! The prices are reasonable and cover the whole gamut. Definitely one of the neatest places downtown.
